This store is laid out pretty clearly. A big section of magazines. New and discounted books by the door. Customer service and a cafe on the right side near the magazines. Books for all (childrens) ages from picture books to chapter books and graphic novels. I had a new author in mind and they had his books in stock. That was a pleasant surprise. The drinks they made were fine and some were very good, but one of the more memorable cocktails was the Manhattan Transfer, which was very strong and pleasant. I also liked The Hive. It was light, citrusy and just simple. My friends and I were surprised that everything was so reasonably priced that we ended up trying all the cocktails on the menu and a few local beers. First, I love that they have free non perishable goods outside for people to help themselves as they need it. The shop inside is very cute, they have a diverse selection of books inside a cozy space. I liked how it was organized, enjoyed featuring of local artists work, including cards and bookmarks. Prices were what you can expect from a smaller book store, nothing incredibly expensive and overall a good deal. They also had a pile of books by the door that were completely free, which I thought was a great idea. Definitely a great place to stop by if you're looking for a new read!
