Eric is one of the most professional, courteous, nice, helpful, customer oriented, and overall just good dudes I've ever dealt with in the car audio game. E V E R To kinda paint a picture a bit, I've been tinkering with stereos for 30+ years myself, and I could have definitely done my radio install myself on my 07 Ford Mustang, but Im glad I didn't and had Eric help. It's the nicest car I've ever owned, and I didn't want to take a chance at breaking anything out of frustration. Eric came to my house, and had the job done in around two hours, and I had my sound system going again seamlessly. He installed an old Kenwood head unit I had, a 750.1 Autotek amplifier, an old, cobbled-together, heavy, and cumbersome box for two ten inch Massive Audio subwoofers. It did well until my speaker box fell apart (which was 100% my fault keeping it in storage around moisture) and it just disintegrated after a week. Rip speaker box. I just bought a new one online and slapped the 10s in that. Ive since upgraded to a much louder and bigger system, and even Eric was able to assist with wrestling that box in the back of the Mustang as well! As of now, I'm running a 12 inch Memphis Mojo subwoofer in a vented box, paired with a 3500 watt Skar Audio amplifier. (It's now very loud, lol. Car audio stuff is an addiction, I'm convinced it is and you can't tell me different!) So in closing, I would 1000 % recommend Eric for your next car audio job. Oh, and he also helped me out by mailing me back my car registration that I left at his new shop he's now got in Crossville TN, right across the street from Blue Bird auto sales,, when I had him help with the Memphis sub install recently. He didn't have to Mail my registration back to me, but he did anyway and that speaks volumes to me as to the man's character. Dude is a salt-of-the-earth good person and I'm definitely gonna hit him up again if I ever need more work. Posting a pic of my new amp, sadly I ain't snapped any pics of the Memphis sub box that he helped me wrestle into my trunk, or the new cd player though. My cd player we put in at first back in April 2023 also died on me, but it was a 15 year old Kenwood, that I've had in probably five vehicles, I wanna say? She lived a hard life. I snagged one up at Wal Mart and slapped it in. Eric's first dash kit install job made it super easy to yank that old radio out, and put another new radio in too. Did that much and the new Skar Audio amp myself at least too! All in all I am a very happy returning customer, and dealing with Eric made me remember and realize just how much I love working on car audio customization and cars in general. It's fun and therapeutic. A good hobby to get into. Can get expensive though! I know from experience

First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. So I call back..wade through the message and the lady tells me Stacy is busy at the counter now...she can 'help' me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'. Calls me a liar for claiming that I was quoted and have waited a a few months now. Accuses me of being 'rude' for saying that's what happened..hangs up when i say 'but you're calling me a liar'. Great PR people. Great PR..... so what do I do now? i call Behringer and the lady I get there acts like she's standing right by the other lady. Talks over the top of me and tries to divert me to another service center who will probably tell me the same thing. Sorry done being baited and switched on for the day.

Generally within 2-3 years. Their repair policy is crap. I'm now dealing with my 80 y.o. Mom and JUST got her to quit buying appliances from them. She was going through refrigerators like a kid going through a bowl of M&M's. Never again.

It was a eye sore and a mess to say the least. He traced every ethernet cable, marked which room it was, ran sound and data through it to make sure it was in good condition, and wired and replaced each connector to either a A or B standard (look it up). After completing the ethernet cable testing, he provided and installed a 1 gigabyte 16-port network switch so each ethernet port in my house would have instant internet access. He also recommended and helped with setting up an old router into AP mode so I could use it as another access port within my house while extending the wifi signal! After the setup was complete, he showed me how to run internet speed tests and how to setup my routers if I ever needed to change anything. He easy to get along with and explained every step of his work. If he didn't remeber how to do something, he would simply look it up instead of potentially messing it up. I could tell he loves his work and I highly recommend him for all your IT needs.

I reported several boxes missing and was promised they must've been mis delivered and would be called with an update. They just ghosted me until I asked for reimbursement and they asked for a police report for the theft. The money couldn't replace what I lost, nor did it line up with the value. I hate that I have to drive by the business sign. Not only "lost" the belongings but treated me poorly when I tried to find out what happened.

When people are so arrogant that they think they can run rough shod over other people, that they can commit illegal acts like blocking streets, that we should just somehow try to work around them and wait for them for hours while they have our streets blocked or turn around and go another way when they are right at their driveway, they have absolutely lost a-n-y respect that I would otherwise have for them. Some renters were moving in next door. I got within 15 feet of my driveway after coming home from work today, but could not get into my driveway due to a huge "All My Sons Moving & Storage" truck blocking the whole street so I could not get into my driveway. The neighbor across the street was blocked so they also could not get into their driveway. Traffic coming down the street from both directions, was having to turn around and go back. School buses could not get through. Even emergency vehicles could not get through. This was the 2nd consecutive afternoons that this happened at the same house. Yesterday, when a different moving company ("Muscle Man") saw that I needed to get through to my driveway, they pushed their ramp back up into their truck, backed the truck up about 6 feet, and I got into my driveway. This afternoon, I asked the All My Sons people to do likewise. They had several feet in which to do this but refused giving me some flimsy excuse that they could not move the ramp. After sitting there probably 20 minutes giving them a chance to clear the street and knowing that blocking a public street is illegal, I called the police. I found it interesting that even though they tried their flimsy excuse with the police officer, but I held out for what is right and somehow, they figured out a way to do the "impossible" by moving that ramp back up into the truck and eventually moving the truck before finishing unloading it. Being a Realtor and a center of influence, I would NEVER use or recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage!!! They certainly screwed it up for themselves. Yes, I wish we could give then NO ZERO rating!
