I work nearby, and while I usually shop near my home in Oakland, I thought I'd try a new store and support local Alameda businesses. I got a 510 battery which I really liked a lot but lost a week later. So I stopped back in last week to buy a new 510 battery. Just like the first time, he said he was going to give me a special deal, and pay $25 instead of $30. Unfortunately, that battery's threads were faulty so I took it back five minutes later and exchanged it. But again, unfortunately, that battery quit after using it for a few days. I took it back in yesterday to exchange it. Obviously, this brand has some issues, but the owner again told me he was going to give me a great deal and sell me another 510 battery instead of replacing the one that didn't work. We went back-and-forth a little bit, and I left frustrated and with a useless battery. I'll go back to shopping in Oakland at my regular smoke shop since the person running this store cannont be trusted.

A decadent flavoring that leaves a robust but not overbearing orderless plum of white, almost mystical, haze that screams "I'm an Apple!", but then slides like a their in the night gently towards your ear and whispers..."Pardon Me. I went there faithfully because they were muslims, but greed is different to me no matter what religion or race you are. Shame on them for changing prices when the market out there sells them cheaper. On the actual website for ON 7 kratom, they sell them for $19.99 to anyone, so that means if you buy them wholesale you are getting them cheaper. I waited 3 weeks and went there twice every week because i kept being lied to that they were ordered and should be there in the following days and then again the next week. I wasted gas and most of all my time just to find out they wanted to be greedy and mark up the prices. Little do they know they sell them way cheaper in other smoke shop. They lost a loyal customer only for there greed thinking people dont have other options, they are not exclusive. Then i asked the mexican cashier to call Mo and ask him to sell it for the orginal price especially knowing i came there several times in 3 weeks and being lied too everytime i got there. Respectfully knowing i came there and only specifically for that just to find out i wasted my time. Mo should have told the mexican cashier to give it to me for the price i always got it for. He knows when i would buy, i would buy minimum 5 or more. I always come there with respect, but the mexican dudes customer service sucks ass. They got too much pride and ego. they dont know me and what i have done in my life. We all got stories but i humbled down with good positive muslim characteristics. I guess some people claim islam by mouth not by actions. May Allah swt guide the brothers inshallah. There parking lot sucks too, but i would still drive all the way there because loyalty is all i know. I dont know if i will go there again but they should make a lot of changes. I use to go there when the other arabs used to own it. Never had no issues, they should talk to those people who are cashiers and dealing with customers to humble down and not to LIE.

I had prepared red envelopes to express appreciation for your hardworking staff, reflecting our long-standing business relationship. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see that your company had arranged a small buffet for employees. The warehouse staff were polite and exchanged festive greetings, creating a positive atmosphere. This reflected well on management and is worth acknowledging. However, an incident that followed severely disrupted what had been a pleasant morning. I must clearly identify that the staff member involved is the senior female employee from the back department responsible for vegetables senior lady ! This day she was standing their cut pork for customer and employee! she refused to provide proper portions to my employee, who was waiting in line appropriately. Instead, she directed her to take leftover scraps filled with excessive bone fragments. When I calmly asked for clarification, this staff member responded with a cold, impatient, and hostile attitude, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. My employee feels like homeless need get her food ! As long-term customers and fellow business owners who consistently support your company, we expect fairness and respect, particularly during a festive occasion meant to reflect goodwill. As business operators ourselves, we understand that management culture directly affects reputation. What we witnessed today raises serious concerns regarding internal service standards and supervision. I respectfully request that management review this matter seriously and reinforce professional training to ensure equal and respectful treatment for all customers moving forward.
