Customer service, if you never need to call a strong customer service score of 9. Drivers are awesome! (whom are unfortunately the people penalized in the situation by not receiving gratuity percentage from my order) I tried to place an order for delivery today and hit place order button and error message appeared I would need to select another time, it was 2 min after 2 by this time, grabbed a screen shot as I initially hit place order before the clicked turned 2. I backed out of the cart and try to select tomorrows early 9:00-12:30 timeframe and the system wouldn't show anything outside of today's last timeframe. I called expecting to place an order for tomorrow morning and see why I can't order online. The employee was only interested in expressing to me in a belittling tone that ordering ended for scheduled delivery at 2. Delivery could have been 3 days from now and I would have been fine with that as my issue is the website isn't allowing me to finalize order. The employee said I yelled at him and wanted to debate this vs resolve the problem. I did not yell, I even said maybe either one of our cell phone or headset amplified I asked for the manager, he said I'm him. I asked for the company email address to submit my concern. He said "I don't feel comfortable giving out my PERSONAL email"...smh I said I don't nor never asked fort YOUR information. Company information should be available. This was a no go situation, the employees main goal was to not resolve an issue or take an order but speak in a unappealing manner and was not open to listening but telling me in a scolding tone I was yelling, never once asking how can we resolve your concern? When I do express I tend to not have problems, but recently they lost workers and my order keeps coming in pass the hour. It's understandable but that being said why my review is so bad is cause today they are a terrible mess. when they run low on stizzys they move them all to scheduled. At this point hope and pray for a reasonable time because I've been waiting 7 hours and STILL WAITING for 2 stizzys that could have been at my door 7 hours ago when I ordered it. You can't choose a time for delivery it automatically gives you one. It's mad inconvenient and I hope they stop doing it because it don't make sense.Like at all. I was told I'd have product by 6pm and didn't receive it until 9:30pm and it wasn't what I ordered they had me standing outside in the cold for 15 minutes at their van window while the driver sat in the warm van calling a Dispatcher. I used this company for the last year almost and all I ever had was issues. Their products aren't the issue, it's their drivers and the people who work there. The packages are supposed to be closed up and sealed. That is how the customer knows it has not been tampered with. I have gotten three drivers who tried to deliver products that had been opened and did not look like they were weighed. The last time, I opened the bag and the outer seal was broken so I tried to tell the driver. She said there's another seal inside, but I tried to show her that too was opened and then she apparently told the store I cursed at her and opened it myself. IDK what kind of low rent employees they have working there, but they're obviously not trustworthy. Their products aren't any different than anywhere else and their service isn't something that no one else is able to provide. I didn't even curse at the driver or anything. She told me there was nothing she could do and I called to let the store know and they also said there was nothing they could do. Then they banned me from using their service. The drivers are great love the positive energy. Initially when i first started ordering was always on time always got what i ordered i would of give them 5 stars. I'm all about consistency, these last 4 time i've ordered they been over a hour late a notice would be nice since i'm a busy person and a mother so when i order i order around my busy work and mom schedule. to top of the fact that i'm not getting my product delivered on time it's been 3 occasions where what i've ordered is not available and don't get notified about it until they are here which is frustrating because what i've been given in exchange for what i've originally ordered was not all that great. which is disappointing because i'm all about quality vs quantity i'll pay $60+ with no hesitation for a 8th if it's great product. Today i said i will give them one final chance before i take my business elsewhere. and sure enough my orders should have been here from 8:45-9pm it's now 9:15 and no text no alert that they are behind. i'm in business management for one of the biggest prepaid cell phone companies in the nation so i'm huge on cx service. Consistency will deliver consistent results i contacted the number on the website 3 times no one answered i left a voicemail after a hour i called once more a lady answered . She did apologize and said they didn't have enough drivers and that she would give me 10% off which is about $2 lol to be fair discounting the delivery fee would be more reasonable for the lack of communication . This will be my last order i should have took the extra 10 min drive to Marz collective where i can physically choose my cannabis and would had been home with in 30 mins. Manny the delivery driver is nice but there's a problem every time I order. I've been given the wrong item, my delivery sent to the wrong address and staff at the main office rude. my most recent experience solidified me never going back. Despite ordering before 2pm for scheduled delivery several of the products I ordered were not available since the driver had already left the main office (which is the perk of scheduled delivery, access to more stock not just what is available to the drive at the time). I was told that because I didn't order the night before it was considered an express delivery. My delivery did not come within the hour which is a perk express delivery boasts and had I not called the main office I wouldn't have known to look for the 20% discount they offer on express orders over the hour time frame. nowhere on their site does it state that certain addresses need to order before 2pm in order to get scheduled delivery. read more

Loyalty program dont know about that. i see no promotion.no advertisement about a minimum..costant changing of equipment they use.sometimes receits go to gmail sometimes not..quality is good but just seems im constantly get hustled..they round your total up means your paying more than what there saying there price is..been ordering from them for about a year or less and honestlt i thought i would buy more they would hook it up later(loyalty program)but just seems they cant even keep track of there orders..your prior orders dont show up on there new website.
