The moment I entered this clinic I felt so refreshed as the clinic environment is so clean and peaceful. I almost forgot half of my pain after entering the clinic and then front desk ladies greeted with a big smile and gave me some paperwork. Dr Naeha Sareen did a quick assessment with me and then treated my area of pain. I was really better after getting few cracks. Dr Sareen is very knowledgeable and empathetic. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They are very unprofessional!…read more I had lymphatic drainage massage scheduled at Physiotherapy on Lakeshore this month (January) but a snow storm unfortunately hit the area the day of my appointment so I called to reschedule (which is perfectly legal for me to do). I was given a day and time for a new appointment and when I called to confirm the day of, the receptionist told me she doesn't have my name on the list. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that someone rescheduled my appointment when I called days ago. I told her I really need the massage as a post-surgical requirement but she kept telling me in a very unapologetic way that there's nothing she can do about it and that she doesn't remember rescheduling my appointment (my call logs prove otherwise). I recommend going to other places for massage therapy and physiotherapy because this place doesn't care about its clients. Now I have to suffer through my condition a little longer and I have to look for a new place at the last minute to have my lymphatic massage...

I came here to treat a sudden condition that came occurred to me a few weeks and I am glad I did because the recovery time was a lot quicker. The acupuncturists at the clinic especially Esther and Leema were so compassionate and patient in treating my case. The receptionist Mary had also been a pleasure dealing with as she makes it welcoming when you walk in each time with her smile and greeting. I would highly recommend coming here if you have any health ailments that you need special care or attention to. They offer acupuncture, massage therapy, psychotherapy and many more! The only thing that I must comment is that the parking is a hassle here, the lot is always full and you literally have to drive in circles or wait 5-10 mins for a spot so be prepared since the plaza is shared with other businesses.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic. I spent a significant amount of time…read morewith the receptionist before booking because I wanted to be absolutely sure I was being matched with the right practitioners for the issues I needed treated. After multiple conversations and callbacks, I was assured they had the appropriate specialists on staff and was booked accordingly. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that the practitioner I was booked with was not the specialist I had been represented to be seeing, and was not even a fully licensed physiotherapist, but a resident. This was never clearly communicated to me in advance. I do not blame the practitioner personally -- the problem was the clinic's poor booking process, misleading communication, and failure to set accurate expectations. What made the situation far worse was how the clinic handled my complaint afterward. I raised my concerns in person and was told someone would investigate what went wrong and get back to me. No one ever did. I later followed up myself, cancelled my second appointment because I had completely lost confidence in the clinic, and repeatedly asked to speak directly with the owner. The owner refused to speak with me and only communicated through the receptionist. Instead of taking accountability or offering a fair resolution, they told me that if I ever wanted to return, I would have to pay for another full initial appointment all over again. They then tried to present a small discount on a future session as though it were a meaningful gesture, but that "discount" only applied after I first paid for another full initial assessment. In other words, the offer was essentially a trap: spend more money first, then receive a token reduction later, after they had already wasted my time and money the first time. This was a colossal waste of time, energy, and money. What was most unacceptable was not just the original mix-up, but the complete lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I feel very comfortable with the work that is being done with him. Nothing is aggressive or invasive. Dr Stephanie has also suggested supplements for him and I. I will be bringing my older daughter to the clinic soon as well as I am very pleased with the results and preventative nature of this practice. Next will be myself and my husband but parents come last. Lol

It is an all women's clinic and along with massage therapy they offer acupuncture, chiropractic services and orthotics. You can schedule your appointments online through their website and for your first visit they will send you forms to complete ahead of time and bring to your appointment or email back to them. In the event that you forget to do so (like I did) you should arrive about 10 mins early to complete the forms. After I completed the forms I was escorted by my massage therapist to the therapy room and had a brief discussion of what areas I wanted worked on and the amount of pressure I prefer. This was by far the best massage I've had in recent memory and have already scheduled my next couple of visits! If you are a woman that lives in the neighbourhood I would recommend checking it out. The massage therapists are registered RMTs so you can submit your claims to insurance if you have coverage.
