I don't think they expect a lot of business. But the gal was friendly. I checked out what was available and decided on a blueberry scone. It was delicious, one of the best I've had in a long time. One unique offering was a meat lovers pastry. There were various cookies and other pastries. I liked the place and I will keep my eyes open to see if it's open on my weekly trips to the area. If the quality of the scone was any indication there are other treats I would like to try. So a repeat visit is on my agenda. If you're traveling to Francis Creek it would behove to check this place out. Not much else there.

I was promised that it would be made and delivered that day. It's Thursday afternoon and has still not been delivered. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude, never apologized and said "it's a busy time of year." He then told me it had been delivered. When I told him it was not, I was told, "maybe you'll have better luck with another florist." I ended the call. He called back to say the arrangement was still sitting in their back room and has not been delivered. Despite not being delivered four days after it was supposed to be, they charged my account earlier in the week. Horrible customer service. Still no product, despite being charged for the arrangement and the delivery.

The arrangement was not delivered until May 15th and was not the arrangement that I had ordered. When I called to Schroeder's to inquire about this, Karen basically told me that they were catching up from deliveries that could not be delivered on Mother's Day. No apology, nothing. Everything digressed from there. I was not asking for a refund nor did I mention it, however, I think that an acknowledgement and apology would have been nice. I am assuming that this is their normal operating procedure. I guess that I should feel lucky that my mom eventually received her flowers.

This is such a neat spot in Green Bay. The first room you walk into is just filled with art from…read morelocal artists and they're always switching the art based on a theme or specific exhibit. The last time I was here for Gallery Nite and my favorite art was a painting over newspapers. If you looked closely at the people's skin you can see the printing from the newspaper. The second room is more of an event space. For Gallery Nite, they had vendor tables, some food, and music. I went here for a Cork and Canvas event that was in this room and there had to be around 50 people at that event. It's a great space to take a class or event have your own smaller event. More people from Green Bay need to check this place out!
