I noticed because my credit card bill was exceptionally high. I contacted the business owner on December 1 and she promised to take care of it, but now I can't get in touch with her and I've been spending hours on the phone with the credit card company. Turns out it's more complicated than just reporting fraudulent charges because she is disputing my disputes. Do. Not. Use. This. Business.
