We had Jordan pick us up for a very early flight out of Glacier Airport the other day. When you leave that early I always worry if maybe the driver would turn over and go back to sleep. Not only was Jordan prompt, he also texted me to say he was a few minutes out and he would be at the house shortly. He helped us with our luggage and he had plenty of time once we got to the airport. 406Rides's was just what we needed when we were in a bind. We flew into Kalispell to spend a few days in Whitefish/Glacier National and wanted to drive up to Canmore/Banff for a few days then fly out of Calgary to home. Little did we know we couldn't drive a rental from Kalispell to drop off in Calgary. 406Rides's to the rescue! We used their car service all around Whitefish and then the journey up north into Canada! Micki was our driver for the majority of the rides! She was fantastic! Beware! I had a scheduled ride to the airport. The dispatch reached out to let me know they'd be 20 minutes late - for an airport ride, I count on the scheduled ride to arrive as arranged. I got an Uber because I couldn't afford for us to wait, and the company was incredibly rude and would not refund me my ride deposit. I was a repeat customer and will not ever use them again. I would have given another chance if they hadn't treated me so terrible (literally the driver texted me "it is on you" for not scheduling additional time for them to be late). read more

If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Do NOT book this company. We booked transportation for a music festival, to and from, for two separate dates. We were picked up 30 mins late by the owners elderly father, whom was sent to the wrong address. We were stranded at the venue and security had to take us home. $140 for one day of transport that wasn't even delivered. We promptly asked to cancel services as to not repeat again, and were told we would not be getting our money back. What a joke!!! They require payment up front, so beware. DO NOT USE this company!!!! Would give zero stars but, Yelp only allows 1 star at minimum.They will set up your drive, show up late or not at!!! They have terrible customer service . The owner Shawn seems to like to take your money and not deliver a service. What could have been an amazing experience. Turned out to be a nightmare of being left at the venue. Security offered to take us home since after 1am when the driver never showed up. We had no cell service and no other option to get home. A terrible company and terrible customer service!!!
