Come to find out my suspicions were off that one I was worried about was totally normal but there was one that was suspicious so she took a biopsy and lo and behold it had questionable markers so she needed to really remove it. A piece id say the size of an almond and 11 stitches later it was gone and margins were clear. She did a great job it was right on my left arm on top.
