And another bowling VIP membership if you wanted to be near the bowling lanes. I was not informed of any of this when buying the tickets at all. Also, I was told in my email that if I parked at the Linq parking lot, my parking fee would be waived. However, when I asked the office at the bowl, they told me since they are under new management, it might not work and I would still need to pay. That should have been told in the email so I could have found better parking if I was going to pay anyway. But after I did pay the parking ticket when I was leaving the parking lot, the gate was open for people to just leave without paying, and the machine didn't accept the ticket anyway. So I just wasted more money on the parking ticket because the machine told me that I had to. The venue itself is small and nice, but the lack of info when buying for a first-timer is sad to see. I enjoy the concert for the band itself, but I would not go back here unless it was someone I really wanted to see in person.

So I felt weird and just ordered from her, and then throughout the whole process she kept rudely and loudly going "WHAT?!?!" after I asked for something. It was pretty rude and she just had a bad tone overall. Someone who deals so closely with customers should not really act the way she was. I checked their website ahead of time and saw they have an Early Bird deal for $2/game from 9-noon. We arrived around 11am and opted for 2 games and 4 shoe rentals ($6.50 each) and paid $42. If the 52 lanes, about 12-15 lanes were being used. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful... and patient with our kids when they went up a dozen times for one thing or another. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come back!!!

There's league tournament that ends around 930pm. There is a line that's and it takes about 40-60 mins to get a lane after that. They don't have cosmic bowling I think but that's okay. They have a small cafe attached and a small arcade as well for other entertainment. Pretty easy to use computer system to enter names and have small list of themes to make your bowling scores pop out and easy to read or fun to see. They don't have other TV's for sports to watch while your waiting which is okay for me.
