He was always ready and willing to pitch in or pull back according to our wishes. His input from design to structure to finishing was invaluable, and I always knew I could trust his opinion. We had the same experience with each and every crew he contracted work out to. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our home---even down to our obnoxious barking dog. We had complete trust that what any of them suggested or did was worth doing and done right. Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs.
