His crew brought in a 110 ton crane with a 140 foot reach. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was finished in less than half the time of other estimates and at just over half the cost of other companies. This company claims they are quick and attentive to respond. I would like to know what their definition of that is! It's been a month with no contact from company. If someone drove by and didn't want the job, respect the customer and give them the courtesy by responding instead of leaving them hanging! No way to run a business with poor customer service. I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary.
