They have a Hugh selection of Can-Am's with different features and Scott took the time to explain each one in detail. It took some repeated visits to Water World, and I finally narrowed it down to a couple of designs that I was interested in. Scott introduced me to Tyler who literally brought everything together to make a complete package on what can work and not work with this particular side by side. It took some time to find the right accessories to be compatible and be able to work with other accessories. Bumpers seem to be the hardest to fit a winch or lights on, but Tyler really knows the inventory and made it an easy task. Tyler recommended a type of helmet at Cycle Gear, but it didn't fit with the radio head set and it had to be returned but Tyler said he can make it work. Wow! Tyler really did a great job, and you can't feel the headset pressing against your ears. I was really impressed with that and his commitment to making things work, he has MacGyver skills! Water World has the best staff that really go out of there way to make a dream come true but also having a wonderful experience. I apologies for not remembering the technician's names that built my Can-am, but you are not forgotten. A lot of care was put into hiding the wires, and putting everything together, a beautiful job and I really thank you for it. He explained in detail how to replace the engine belt and had all the tools laid out for me to note, and he even delivered the Maverick to my house on his own time. Lastly the financial and paperwork side of Water World which could not be possible without Bailey and again I apologies with names, but she helped me with my boat registration, wonderful staff! I can't thank Water World enough for all there friendly and knowledgeable staff for making this a fun experience for me.

Whenever I come from the Lake Almanor area for routine maintenance they are always quick to get me in and out on the same day and I really appreciate that. He was able to ID the motor from pictures I sent to him. He promptly responded with the information I requested. Although their shop does not work on this old of a motor, he gave me the name of a good contact. Ben was courteous and very knowledgeable. We booked two kayaks for $50 each for a three hour self-guided tour on the canoe trail of Klamath lake. This was the best deal we could find in the area, and it was well worth it. We had so much fun, and the rental equipment was of good quality. Just remember to bring sunscreen and water. We booked our tour the day of and it worked out, but I would recommend booking in advance. This is a small operation, and we felt terrible that they had to get our rentals ready with such short notice. They did everything perfectly, from communication to the meeting spot to punctuality, but please don't do what we did and book in advance if possible!
