Excellent treatment and service. We had to put a pet down and they staff there made it as convenient and comfortable as possible.

When he had a flare six months ago, Dr Alley increased both of those medications to dangerous levels, causing him to have bad reactions. His immune system was so compromised that he could not fight off an upper respiratory infection, and when I took him to another vet, his bloodwork showed extreme bodily stress, anemia, high white cell count, and high glucose, all indicating Prednisolone overdose. Grayson passed away yesterday. When I called them this morning to tell them that I wanted all of my pets' records transferred to my new vet, because I can no longer trust Dr. Alley, I was told that they will never see any of my pets in the future, even in an emergency. A caring vet would have expressed some sympathy, and at the very least would have asked what happened. I am grieving over the passing of a member of my family, my cat. Be forewarned if you go to Donaldson Animal Hospital, this is the attitude that they have. The original vet, Dr. Donaldson was an excellent vet, and would never have let this happen.

Our family dog took a turn for the worst over the weekend and when we called Monday morning at 9am about an appointment to put him to rest the person who answered the phone was rude and said they were booked solid for the day. When we asked what we should do she was annoyed and said she didn't know and couldn't help since they were booked solid. We have been going there for 25 years for all of our dogs, but never again. This is not how to treat an animal and family during their end of life. Very disappointed and upset.
