I couldn't be happier about my experience with 4 Concrete. Their quote was the lowest of three I received (one contractor came by to look over the job, but never quoted me). Due to a schedule change they were able to start my job right away, which was great. They were prompt and efficient, considerate of my neighbors and did outstanding work. Didn't show up for scheduled estimate. When I called to see why, I was told some of the crew didn't show up for work today so he had to be at the job and spaced it on my estimate. Welp, I guess that's an indication of how things would go. Guess they don't need the business. read more

We needed to have a concrete pad for our RV. We called several contractors. We agreed on a date for an on site visit and Ben showed up as promised. His bid was the best we received and the crew showed up on time and were very efficient, they were ready to pour concrete in short order. Wonderful company! I wanted 4 estimates. Anthony came over that day. The next company was twice the price & the last 2 never got back to me. We chose 4 Concrete & they started 2 days later. Then it rained for 2 weeks straight. That didn't stop them! Every time we had a couple of dry hours, they were there. Prepping & keeping us in the loop. I just had 4 Concrete finish a small job from me and am very pleased. I had trouble even getting anyone to bid on the job, which was tearing out a cracked slab about 10X12 and repouring it. Efrain gave a good bid, got right on the job and finished it in a timely manner. It required hauling the old concrete up outside stairs and bringing the new cement down them in wheelbarrows. The finish was done exactly to match the old concrete and everything was left neat and tidy. I will definitely use 4 Concrete for any jobs I have in the future! read more

Called five different places for estimates. 4 Concrete was far less expensive and service was much faster. They were able to fit me in the schedule right away. Efrain and Anthony were friendly and did everything I asked, including a conduit and two access boxes. They had to fix a main water line that was torn up by their bobcat while digging (I didn't even know there was a line there), and yes, they were rushed, but I asked them to please wait, make sure it was fixed correctly, and they did with no problem. The job took a couple hours longer than expected, but the price stayed the same, looks great, and saved me at least $500. read more

I hired 4 Concrete in July of 2018. They poured a new cement driveway at my residence in South Reno. I purposely waited 7 months to write this review. I wanted to make sure that their work was solid in wintertime. I can happily report that my new cement driveway is still in top notch condition. At the time, I contacted 3 cement companies. 4 Concrete was the most affordable. Efrain (the owner) came out to my house right away and gave me a quote. He has a team of employees that came out with a small "state of the arts" steam shovel to tear up my old cement driveway. This company was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. Efrain was there to supervise and keep me informed of the day to day progress of the work. The job took about 3 days and they recommended that I let my new driveway dry for about several weeks. If you are looking for outstanding cement work at an affordable price, I highly recommend 4 Concrete; you will not be disappointed. read more

I was asked to provide more details about my negative review/experience so here it is. I initially called and spoke to I believe his name was Jose (not sure as it's been a while) and he said he would call me back later that day. About 1 week later after not hearing from him, I called back and spoke to the owner. He said he was sorry, that he would have him contact me right away. Then Jose (again not sure of the name) did call me. He then made an appointment to come see our property to provide an estimate. Then a few days later, he sent me a txt saying he was sorry but he couldn't make it, could we change the appt. So I changed the appt., he came, took all the information, measurements etc. and said he would try to get back to me by the next day. Again nearly one week went by with no response so I contacted him back. He proceeded to say he was sorry but his truck was broken in to and he had a lot he was dealing with....that he would get to it soon. I never and I mean "never" heard back from him. He had taken our email when he was at our house and never once did he email or txt us back. I moved on to another company to get the work done and it was completed within a week and a half. This company provides horrible service. My advice is there's many choices out there so don't waste your time on this one. read more

We needed an RV pad for our 17' RV trailer. We had been in contact with different contractors that did not want to pour what we wanted. Anthony from 4 Concrete contacted and he was very knowledgeable, professional and personable; we decided to go with them. He listened to what we wanted and drew up plans for us. When it came time to do the framing he had an idea, which turned out to be better. They are more than willing to adjust to whatever you want. The framing was up and we wanted a slight alteration and they instantly removed the rebar and framing and did what we wanted. They kept all appointments and Anthony kept us informed on the progress. The entire crew was professional, they were all focused on doing an excellent job. Their goal was to make the customer absolutely satisfied. They cleaned up everyday and left our yard as they found it. The final product was better than we expected. We cannot state how more than satisfied we are with this company. We have already asked them to pour the remainder of our driveway when the Homeowener's Association approves the job. At first we were a little apprehensive, because there weren't a lot of reviews on the company, but we are glad we chose 4 Concrete read more
