There was no additional negotiation on his bid just said he was withdrawing at the last minute. Not trustworthy.

After checking out various fire protection services - including a company that did some Firewise work on our property last year - we went with G&S Precision. Good decision! Our homeowner's insurance company had some specific concerns and G&S Precision went above and beyond to make sure that we (and our insurance company) were completely satisfied.

The estimate was accurate and the pricing was very competitive. The crew was friendly and efficient. Items were completed on time. What stood out was the flexibility. We had a couple of last-minute changes and adjustments, and Justin (the owner) handled them with a great attitude, zero pushback, and everything came together beautifully. Professional, fairly priced, and genuinely easy to work with. We will use them again and are continuing with Just in Time for the monthly maintenance.

He provided a quote and had a three-man crew at my place later that same morning. They were efficient, came in on the lower end of the quote, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the job. It was such a relief to have professionals quickly tackle something I wasn't equipped to handle. They even hauled away the tumbleweeds I had already pulled and bundled before realizing I couldn't manage the disposal myself. I don't have a great before photo, but the after is a huge improvement.

After missing several appointments and rescheduling he finally serviced our property. He charged me $170 for trimming the back of my house and the clean up. Not only was the clean up awful but he caved in my stacked stone wall on the back terrace and did not tell me - nor bother to fix it. Terrible!!!!! Also the sprinkler repair that he and Michael did in May was not done with proper parts and a month long water leak to the "fixed leak" ended up costing me a $500 water bill. Use this company at your own risk. As for me - I learned an expensive lesson.

They maybe good at hardscape but as far as planting and helping stressed plants and trees this is not their area of expertise. Once the initial work is done the owner does not want to be bothered with follow up phone calls or emails to discuss problems that I was truly concerned about. The guarantee they give for plants and trees is 1 year. Other landscapers also give 1 year and not 90 days as owner, Mike states. I have a Fat Albert tree that is dying and the owner, Mike will not replace it. The customer service is terrible and it is a battle trying to get satisfaction and honesty from this company. I just received 2 quotes for replacement and they are $450. up to $1200. I find this company disgusting.
