A Decade Later: A Failed Root Canal & Hard Lessons Learned…read more Nearly ten years after getting my first root canal at this location, I discovered that the procedure had failed--leading to an infection and eventual bone loss. Thankfully, my general dentist caught the issue before it worsened. I sought treatment elsewhere, where the new provider used advanced laser technology to address the infection. On my recent check-up, I was relieved to find that my bone had fully regenerated. This experience was both traumatic and eye-opening. My body was signaling distress (swollen thyroids), but I didn't connect the dots until it was nearly too late. If you're undergoing a root canal, I cannot stress enough the importance of doing your due diligence. Not all root canals are performed equally, and not all providers use the latest techniques or technology. While Great Expressions completed the procedure, it ultimately wasn't thorough enough, and I paid the price with my health. Any invasive procedure--especially a root canal--should be treated with a zero-trust mindset. Be proactive, ask questions, and ensure your provider is experienced and up-to-date with modern advancements like laser treatments. If I could go back, I would have chosen an advanced endodontic specialist from the start. I'm sharing my story as a reminder: listen to your body, demand the best care, and never assume that a procedure is truly "done" without proper follow-ups.

I called to see if they could get me in any earlier and Melissa from the front office couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. I really appreciate their customer service and my hygienist as well for getting me in so quickly so I didn't miss my kids Christmas play. I had a great cleaning experience as well as customer service!

Most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever had anywhere in the world! Reviews I see…read morehere don't reflect anything I experienced today. Btw, they alter medical records to cover up! 1. The biting X-Ray stick stinks 2. There are rusting everywhere 3. No CCTV in the treatment room for the protection of both the patient and the business 4. Inexperienced people (both hygienist and front desk staff) who cannot even put the bite stick properly to take X-Ray. I had to puked twice for them to finally gave up. I have a gag reflex, but other dentist offices always did it right. Btw, one of the metal sticks from that bite stick penetrated my mouth once a little bit. 5. I should not have come here after I receive a text 2 hours before the appointment saying that they will cancel the appointment if I don't confirm within 15 mins because they cannot call me. That was the 1st attempt to confirm the appointment and try to cancel like this!! 6. The appointment started ~11:00 AM, they haven't started cleaning by 12:50. I told the doctor that we can go over the treatment plan but have to reschedule for another day because I have to work at 1 PM. He said OK and that they are waiting for insurance. At 1 PM, I tried to checkout at the front desk and explained that I have to work now, so I am leaving. She said, "We haven't checked you out yet. Can't you take an absence from work?". I work remotely, so I have to join the meeting now on my phone. She could have said let's reschedule cleaning instead of these sarcastic comments. I asked can you make another appointment for cleaning. She said I thought you were in so much in a hurry to work. (Being sarcastic again!). It turns out that the hygienist won't be available till 2 PM. Nobody even informed me that, and I was waiting in the treatment room! We cannot spend the entire day at the dentist for a simple cleaning. People have work, other appointments, etc... The only one here who acted professional was a dentist. I was very patient this entire time despite these negative experiences. There isn't even any patient when I came in except 1 who came later. It is not even a busy office like how other dental offices are.

Sarvya was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was happening. Would…read moredefinitely recommend and continue with her services in the future.

The front office experience needs significant improvement. I was informed that a $45 cancellation…read morefee (for less than 24 hours' notice) was recently implemented. Unfortunately, I received a call about 30 minutes after the 24-hour window had passed, simply to be told I would now be charged the fee. The tone of the call came across as frustrated and unprofessional. This is disappointing because Dr. Petrotto provides excellent care. However, the front office staff's lack of courtesy and customer service detracts from the overall experience. While I respect the quality of the clinical work, the way patients are treated at the front desk (for rescheduling and billing) makes it difficult to continue here. I would consider recommending other dental offices based on this experience. The other alarming reviews regarding the business office staff is consistent unfortunately

I will start by saying I did not come here for regular services, I came for wisdom tooth surgery…read more Dr. Timothy Jaeger is what brought me to this office, I got a list of covered oral surgeons and he was the one I trusted most based on reviews and meeting him. He and his staff answered all of my questions very thoroughly as I was a bit anxious about the procedure. The cost for my operation was high and my insurance covered a sad amount compared but that is a testament to bad dental insurance I suppose. I did not care that he cost more than some of the other places because I trusted him. I can say with absolute confidence I made the right choice. I am writing this the day after getting 3 extractions (one was complicated as well) and all I am on is Ibuprofen and I have little to no pain (obviously don't jam your finger into your mouth holes) Hopefully your insurance covers wisdom tooth surgery better than mine, but either way I don't think you will regret going with Dr. Jaeger. The waiting areas are also nice and clean. I have no complaints about the office, however when my girlfriend called for me to schedule my follow up she did complain that the person she talked to was not very polite. I'm willing to look over this and give 5/5 due to how well my surgery went. Thank you Dr. Jaeger
