Poor customer service. I've spent thousands of dollars supporting this brand, and they have a rewards program that they DO NOT HONOR for FREE REFILLS. The staff has a bad attitude when business owners rush in before closing hours to buy more products. They try to close early around 4:45 when store hours close at 5pm. I also had a bad experience when buying a pack of spray nozzles that were not listed with the original price in their inventory on that was the shelf for sale. The girl clerk tried to scam me on the price and charge me double, when online it was listed for half the price. Jose is a scammer, and so is the girl with glasses. They have a bad reputation in the detail community for their bad attitudes and strict refill policy for gallons that are not 3D. They're that lazy, they can't clean gallons and relabel empty gallons. I used to be loyal to this brand because it was the first detail system I learned to use but they don't care about their loyal clients. Super unprofessional staff that always on their phones when customers walk in and have bad attitudes when asked questions about products. read more

I've been going there for several years with no issues, i even gave them a 5 star review! I just purchased two containers of waterless wash solution, I secured them in my trunk, while driving i spelled something through my air vents, I stopped and checked my trunk and discovered that one container had spilled out 80 percent! I called 3 D, there response was, "well boss, you should check the cap before you leave, there's no refunds! Sad that they don't want my business anymore! read more

I've been coming here for years. Idk why I haven't reviewed them. This is my go-to place for anything car detailing related. Every time I come, I get great service and help with anything I don't know about. Jose is the man! On my last trip, I picked up some products to help remove duct tape marks around my window. Jose suggested gum and tar remover for the plastic part and graffiti remover for the chrome and body. A plastic scraper to scrub it off too. He was very detailed (get it? Lol) about how to apply each one. And with his help and suggestions, I got great results. Anyway, support local and stop by. I truly love this place and the people that work here are serious about customer service. My kind of place! They have it all! I've been using adams and chemical guys this whole time and bought one product here and it came out better than those I have no clue why that is but I'm glad I found this spot wayyyy less expensive than those two brands I mentioned so you get more for your money ! read more

3D doesn't have the marketing of chemical guys, but has better quality and prices, basically mor bang for your buck.

I've been coming here since 2016, I highly recommend coming here whether you're a professional detailer or somebody who cleans their own car. Again this place proves to be the best detail supply shop there is. Jose again is outstanding with his knowledge and assistance. He and this shop go way above and beyond with their daily work. I know not everyone is perfect but it's just been my luck that I've had a 150% satisfaction rate each time I enter this location. They truly have been there for my company with assisting in small ways that they didn't have to and I thank them for that as well as them always being in my corner. I don't know these guys from anywhere else but here, but I have to say they are in my company's corner stronger than some family. Again these guys are great and a special shout out to Jose. Very unprofessional owner he steels water he don't give you the amount that is required. He calls people names he over charges taxes. He calls people hores (Puta) he yells at customers. And when you call him on it he gets mad and he calls the cops on you for defending your self. read more

The guys who work in the Artesia 3D products location are very helpful and knowledgeable. On every occasions I stop in and find the store already occupied with customers, but I'm am always greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. These guys pay special attention to the needs of their customers and can always be found advising someone on the proper use of products. Went in today with my dad around 5pm and this location is big, clean, and very organized. Today was my very first time going to this location and it's amazing ! great customer service, they took care of me and my pops best 3D store there is. Way better than the 3D in Downtown LA where I had a bad experience earlier today. I recommend this location they got everything you need and are very humble people. read more

Apparently they don't like to give prices over the phone I ask them why and they said that they are tired of people asking for prices, and apparently they don't have enough money to purchase enough tokens for water what a disgrace. read more

Great experience great products but their customer service is horrible. sales lady I spoke to at their corporate had no time for me, to answer basic questions. Their return policy is garbage so before you purchase make sure it's the right thing you're purchasing or you're screwed. But other than that great people at the store. read more
