I bought a Seadoo from them last week and it was a fantastic experience. I bought a 2003 Seadoo GTI LE from them and I am a first time buyer. Jeremy as well as everyone else was extremely polite and professional with answering all of my 1 million questions. I was nervous about buying a used ski from the dealer but after a weekend on the water that's all gone. Over the years, In total I have bought 5 Yamaha Waverunners and a few trailers from 3D Powersports. Gary has always been super easy to work with and has always been a straight shooter. I saw a boat advertised by 3D Powersports that I was interested in. When I contacted them, I was told that the boat had a deal pending on it, but they would contact me if the financing fell through. Later that same day, I heard that indeed, the financing had not worked out and the boat was again available. Also that same day, my wife and I drove an hour to see the boat and spent more than an hour looking at it with Brad Whitaker. We negotiated a bit, and ended up leaving with Brad going to check on some things the next morning. So, that next morning Brad emailed me a price, and I replied with an acceptance and asked how to proceed. I didn't hear anything else until early afternoon at which time Brad informed me that the prior customer who had the deal pending had gotten financing and had bought the boat. That's just not right. They offered and price and I accepted, only to hear that they sold it right out from under me. I believe that is a violation of contract law, but feel I'm probably better off not dealing with them if this is how they want to do business. read more

Just bought third boat from Brad at 3D. His prices and their service are outstanding. Out of all the places I called around north Texas, only 3D would take any boats for service. When I went to pick up my new boat, a bearing on my trailer went out. The shop went right to work and get me back on the road very quickly. Gary and his crew are the worst people in the world to work with...I have used other mechanics for my jet ski's but they no longer work on 2 strokes. When I brought my ski to 3d powersports it was running and only needed to replace the top part of my ski. When they removed my heads they broke my housing sleeve for my jet ski and said that it was broke before it got to them...if it was broke there is no way it could of been started. I called Gary and he said I was full of crap and hung up on me....I will be calling my attorney today. I brought my ski to these guys to test them out since I refer a lot of business. I will not ever go here again and I hope no one else does either! Horrible business to deal with! read more

I took my bike there early last year for them to replace the rear brakes and tube. They was reasonable on price. It was all good until it got close to winter time and the rear brakes are already needing to be replaced. Like most bikers, I mainly use the front brakes. I maybe put 2,000 miles on it during that time, so I shouldn't have to replace the rear brakes already. When I called them about it, they came up with some excuses, like the brake disc was probably bad. If that was the case, most places would have told me and given me the option to have it replaced. They never said anything. Not only will I not recommend them to anyone, I will never go back. read more
