I was on my way to the airport and needed some breakfast before flying out . This was the perfect spot. It's a food truck nestled in a plaza next to Waffle House and a kava bar. I was surprised that Waffle House didn't drive them out but the men running the food truck are so friendly and kind I can't imagine this happening ! They have an array of breakfast sandwiches . You can get them on a Kaiser roll, a brioche bun or an onion brioche bun. I opted to get a bacon egg sandwich on the onion brioche bun. It came out piping hot with perfectly cooked eggs (they are done medium unless asked otherwise), bacon and just the right amount of cheese . After tip it was almost 10.00 which feels steep for an egg sandwich but inflation is getting the best of all Of us. Nonetheless, I inhaled it . It was scrumptious !
