The replacement screen was pricy, they tried to get the best deal for me. I think it was $100 off. It was still in the higher $100's. I second guessing myself and paid it. A year later the on button wasn't set. I took it in, to repair the button, they had to replace the screen, it cracked when they tried to remove it. It had been just over a year since I had replaced it. They could have said sorry, it's not under warranty. They didn't, they repaired it for free. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.

Well... maybe I'll review the physical facility. Parking is decent. Come before 8:40 and you can park real close. After that, not so much. There is plenty covered parking and locked bike parking. Bathrooms (where I am now) are frequently maintained. Very impressed. The faucets glitch out sometimes tho. I also wish each floor had more stalls. Quite rarely I find myself going to other floors to find an open stall to poop, but it does happen. Maybe everyone should just stop writing reviews on yelp while in the bathroom and get back to work. 3 elevators for the whole 5 story building. Never had to wait longer than 15 seconds. Stairs seem to be the better option IMO. We have 2 coke freestyle machines on the first and third floors. Except I work on the second, smh. Cereal bar is ALWAYS stocked and ready to go. Love that cereal bar. They offer twice weekly massages. Dry cleaning is available. They offer daily green smoothie delivery at employees expense. PS4 and Xbox area with the most comfortable and expensive chairs on the market. Not joking about this one. I am most of the time very pleased to come to work each day. Good facility.
