I want to put this post on here so that I can let everyone know how my entire process went with 365 Solar. First off 365 Solar helped me and my family to get solar on our home and go green. The buying process was at first difficult because I had multiple representatives from multiple companies come out to my home. It was clear from the beginning that the representative from 365 solar knew loads more than the other four companies combined. He was able to clearly answer all of the questions that I had (I had a lot of them) and by the end of the Q and A it was an easy decision to go with them. I went with their 20 Mission solar panel system with a Generac battery backup unit. They set me up with a payment plan that was equivalent to what I was currently paying for on my utility bill. Basically I swapped out my $350 average monthly power bill for a $375 solar payment. It was $25 more per month, but with being able to get a battery backup system for only $25 more per month just made sense (I had budgeted $200 more per month to go solar and have battery backup if I wanted). So they were able to cover my power cost and get me whole home backup for basically a bill swap. Just so everyone knows, there is a 30% tax credit that covers 30% of the total system cost making the ROI (return on investment) way more effective. After signing some documents I was all opted into their program and in about 2 months they were at my home installing my system. My first payments did not start until about 2 months after my system was up and running and installed. They called me at least once per week with their customer service team and my designated representatives name was Austin. Shout out to him for guiding me through the process and giving me weekly updates. I think I had 8 phone calls total during the 2 month period. I was always up to date with where my solar install status was at. Basically they were getting permits from my county and city and my utility company and that's what takes the most time. It was so easy working with them and they obviously know what they are doing. They've been in business for 5 years which is way more than the others that I saw which gave me peace of mind. They have also done big commercial projects including one they showed me pictures of at Wells Fargo in Charlotte. 3,300 panels were installed there which gave them a lot of credibility in my book. The actual install took one day and it was easy as I didn't have to do anything except for be home for them that day. The crew leader asked me to finalize where I wanted my panels after it was mapped out on my roof and I gave him the OK. Quick, easy, and clean. There was a county inspection that happened a week later and it passed. After that I received a call from 365 letting me know the system was on and running. Its already dropped my utility bills to where I have a credit of $30 on my bills per month. Meaning that I actually have a negative power bill. I have access to view my power production on my phone through the Generac app. It shows me exactly how much power my panels are making and how much money I am saving. I don't usually write reviews but I decided to make an exception for 365 solar energy. Nothing short of excellent craftsmanship offered by this company. They installed my system after two months of me signing on with them. My bills are reduced and I am so excited and happy with their product. I was skeptical at first because I have read so many different things about solar power. It 100% works and I am so glad I made the decision. The company has been amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep, went above and beyond . Dillan has been a pleasure during this exciting transfer to owning our power. The customer service has been prompt and we have been preparing for the worst. Then the Lead of the install Team " zayne ". took that away very quickly. professional, respectful , and took the time to let my Wife and I be apart. Where to start? I've made three big purchases in my life: my car, my house, and now Solar... this by far has been the best and easiest! The sales rep told me so much about solar and not just about their company. He didn't try to sell me, I felt like he was educating me. Once we pulled the trigger the process was so smooth! It took about 90 days to get everything installed and turned on, but I didn't have to do a thing! It's been 4 months and I'm paying next to nothing for my electric bill! If you are looking to go solar, don't look at any other company. We looked at some others but a quick google search showed lawsuits, complaints, etc. Sure, you are going to get some complaints if you run a business...I get it. I pay more attention to how a company addresses the complaints. 365 Solar was professional, courteous, and addressed all of our concerns leading up to our install. It has been around 4 months and we are running at an average 80% off-set....so that's pretty cool! read more

Very good company. I was hesitant to sign a multi-year loan on a fixed product to our house. I didn't want to be locked in if I decide to move, etc. But after learning about all the options and how the increased value of the home offsets the loan price, I was happy to move forward. Very glad I did. The solar has already saved us a bunch of money. And the backup battery has kept our lights on when the power went out. Great option for anyone who owns a home~ read more

I don't often post reviews, but these guys have exceeded my expectations and I am happy to do so. Our salesman really knew his stuff and answered all of our questions. Once we saw how energy is produced, it only made sense that we owned our energy production rather than buying it from another producer....assuming everything worked. And it does! We used 365 Solar on our other property last year. Our newest property is an investment property. We got solar to offset the costs for our renters and charge more on rent (insider tip). It has been a great investment for our residence as well as our investment property. Definitely going to wash, rinse, and repeat. read more
