I was blown away. Their tables, chairs and tent were so clean. They looked brand new. Many others bring tables that look disgusting or chairs that are bent and falling apart. A&E is the real deal. I felt like they really cared about our party and weren't just collecting their money. They asked us where we wanted everything beforehand and even had some wonderful suggestions. They have the experience to really give some great suggestions. The tent was beautiful and even had lighting for our guest. It looked awesome at night. They even setup a nice thick feux turf under the tent that looked so clean. It's these little details that make A&E stand out from their competitors. They also were very quick in pickup and so respectful of our time and yard. Thank you Eunice for the fantastic customer service. You made our event so beautiful and special. You have a loyal customer for life!

You just have to send them a photo of what you are looking for. They did this for my son's birthday. He loves Robin and in most cases stores only carry Batman. My son also loved Legos so they were able to create a Lego Robin character. It was as big as my son and he loved it :). And honestly is was too pretty to break but of course the kids had fun smashing this wonderful creation. I would totally recommend this place for the piñatas they have in stock or a custom made piñata.

Looking at who had insurance, clean equipment and was still affordable for our family on a tight budget. This is the first time we have ever been able to afford this sort of fun for our children. From the very beginning Blanca has made sure everything went smoothly. I had a small issue with their website when trying to order. I called the number and Blanca went through everything to do the order on the phone. She was polite and very professional. They arrived around 9:30 for a party that started at noon. They mentioned they had several parties that day and we would not be charged for the extra time we got to enjoy the bounce house. Set up was surprisingly quick! i mean i went inside to change my toddler and when i came back the ground was tarped and the castle was inflated. They use real heavy and deep metal stakes and anchoring rings. that shows me they are serious about safety of the kids and also making sure their equipment is not damaged. so thats a plus. i included photos of the stakes and some clips. to show the moms and dads like us that all the little things were accounted for. The bounce castle with slide we got had a clipped on cover/roof too. which was good for keeping the sun off the inside and making it hot. Thank you so much. My son really had the best birthday party ever. all the parents told us they had a great time and their kids had a blast. Every single guest stayed all day and into the night up until the end. they had so much fun. the price was just right for us to be able to afford. I would recommend this company or use them again.

However, At 7:52pm, someone else showed up to breakdown the Bounce House while we still had families & children at the party. When I told the man "I have paid for this until 8pm" he was rude about it, "you want to wait another 5 minutes?" All he had to do was patiently wait in his vehicle until my allotted time was done. Instead, he continued to break down the set up before my 8pm time was complete. I have reached to ask for refunds and have not head back. I am very disappointed, especially since I have used this company on 4 other rental occasions. I will be looking elsewhere for my next Bounce House Rental.

From the moment the kids saw it, their faces lit up--and they didn't stop playing until it was time to pack up. The bounce house was clean, safe, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The setup was quick and professional, and the team made sure everything was secure before leaving. It had the perfect mix of bounce, slide, and splash to keep the kids entertained for hours (and gave the adults a break too!). My son said it was "the best birthday ever," and I couldn't agree more. Highly recommend for any summer party--worth every penny! We'll definitely be renting again!
