A Complete Dumpster Fire - Avoid at All Costs…read more This place is an absolute disgrace. When I first rented at 10 Federal Storage in Arlington, TX, it was a clean, safe, and professionally run facility. There were actual employees working the front desk, and the older woman who ran the office was kind, attentive, and clearly cared about maintaining the property. Then corporate took over--and everything went straight to hell. After staff was removed, this facility turned into an unsecured, unsanitary free-for-all. On 12/22/25, I visited to drop off and retrieve items and was greeted by multiple vehicles clearly being lived in, parked openly on the property. The automatic sliding doors were jammed open, giving unrestricted access to anyone and everyone. Trash was everywhere--inside and outside--and it was painfully obvious that homeless individuals have taken over the premises. Let me be clear: this is no longer a storage facility. It's a neglected, poorly managed dump with storage units attached. Security is nonexistent. Cleanliness is nonexistent. Management is nonexistent. And yet--somehow--the prices keep increasing, along with a so-called "maintenance fee." Maintenance for WHAT? The property looks abandoned. The grounds resemble a landfill. The interior is filthy. There is zero oversight and zero accountability. So where exactly is that maintenance money going? Because it sure as hell isn't going toward maintaining the facility. The audacity to raise prices while allowing conditions to deteriorate this badly is infuriating. Customers are being charged more to store their belongings in an unsafe, unsanitary, and unmonitored environment. This location should honestly be shut down until it's cleaned, staffed, and secured properly. If you value your property--or your personal safety--do not rent here. Go literally anywhere else.
