Mike and Andrew came over that afternoon and told me exactly what was involved and what my costs would be upfront. For the next week, I just sat back and watched the magic happen. Andrew and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They straightened walls, reset trusses and paneled the entire roof. Everybody has spent money that they later regret. This is not my case. Absolutely some of the best money I have ever spent. Since they are full custom home builders, I don't really know what type of issue they would NOT be able to handle.

Install additional kitchen cabinets in main floor kitchen. Bottom line, very pleased and would trust Rob and his crews again in the future, as well as recommend him to friends/family. Existing house is three years old. We asked Rob to make it look as if the original builder had done the basement. Rob said "no problem". Rob wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate. We went with Rob due to his years of documented experience and he did not disappoint. As homeowners with zero handy experience, we relied on Rob to provide a turnkey experience. He got started quickly, listening to our goals and lending his knowledge to get the design just right. He gave us a timeline so we'd know what to expect and when. He finished a little under the expected budget. UNDER budget. He and his crews were always professional and courteous. If we had questions or concerns, he was quick to address them. Yeah, I'm gushing, we're thrilled. A+, Rob. Pics of wet bar, bar flooring and fireplace posted below. The rest, well, messy kids didn't allow for more pics.

Pat and his wife did a great job painting my home office. The trim and door (that I had them paint…read morewhite) looked very clean and the walls (which I wanted Sherwin Williams Cotton White - Satin Finish) looks great. They had to cover a brown color so they did three coats to make sure it was really covered and it looks so bright and wonderful. They also brought in a third party person to repair some damage I had on my drywall and to texture it to make it look like the rest of the wall and it looks seamless. Their quote also included the paint, so I did not have to purchase the paint myself. AND they left the paint that was leftover. Their quote was also the cheapest I got so their affordability was definitely a plus! Lastly, their demeanor and personalities were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home.

They take pride in their work and make sure at every level that you will be satisfied and are satisfied with the end result. They initially quoted on refinishing baseboard trim, cabinets, wood doors and window ledges. They completed that job so well that I had them paint the entire 2,500 sq foot townhouse, except ceilings. Some more details: 1. They were the best bid out of three licensed businesses. 2. They have the equipment required to do the job: Scaffolding, ladders, drop cloths, sanders, drills, steam cleaners, shop vac and many special tools to ensure your home is not damaged in the painting. 3. They used quality Sherman Williams paints. 4. They carefully removed (and put back after painting) doors, wall and window hardware (including but limited to vent covers, blinds, drapes, and towel racks. They did not paint over or around hardware. 5. They moved furniture carefully and fully draped it. 6. They removed their painting equipment at the end of the day or carefully stored it on site (at your OK) in an out of the way place. After EACH DAY they cleaned up and vacuumed the area. On weekends they removed all their equipment so that that you didn't feel you were on a job site. 7. For no charge, Pat's wife Christina helped me choose wall color accents from a Sherman William giant sampler (which is a job that can be extremely intimidating when adding color to an all off-white house. 8. They filled holes and textured to the appropriate finish. For instance if your wall is textured and you need a repair, the repair needs to be textured too. 9. They repaired without charge a hanging cabinet door and probably other things out of scope for the job. 10. They had a feature on their phone that could pick out the hues and color in your existing counter tops to exactly match and/or complement the colors using Sherman Williams paints. 11. And they are super nice people!

This is the absolute worst flooring contractor that I have ever worked with. They were initially…read morerecommended to us through our PM, but I have severe regrets of going with this company. They have been the sole cause of my basement project going off the rails. What was supposed to be a 6 week project that started in mid March and is still not complete, and now we are in the end of July. They are the reason this project is still not complete. They did reassure us that they prep, secure, and level the floor prior to putting the flooring material down, but that is not the case. Our floor is not level and sagging in places. They blame this on the material being laid on subfloor instead of concrete, which is preposterous. They have had to redo stairs multiple times and destroyed the surrounding paint when doing this. The steps are still not done well as they now bulge. There are gaps in the flooring as well, which are designed to click together for a waterproof seal. We paid an extra $900 to have the floors properly covered after installation and they haphazardly laid protection down without covering the floor completely and did not tape the seams. They improperly waterproofed the backing of the shower walls and fought us on it when we called them out. They never sealed the seams of the shower. Instead of fixing it, they offered a warranty. However, when asked to fix anything, I am met with extreme resistance and a fight, so it will be impossible to hold them to this warranty. They sloppily grouted the tiles in the shower as well. The shower alone set my project behind by over a month. They don't seem to understand that if they do things properly the first time, they can prevent rework. Having to come back constantly to fix things hurts their reputation and eats into their profits. This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction, nor do they care about workmanship and integrity. Hiring them will guarantee headaches and the need for additional oversight. They are not respectful of your time and your work commitments. I work from home and they were constantly disruptive due to needing my attention. Stay away from this company and hire a company that cares about their customers and the quality of their work. P.S. another update- they tack on extra costs at the very end to try to squeeze more money out of you. Totally dishonest business that should go out of business. Karma will come there way eventually.
