Follow up appointments of 30 minutes haven't been as long a wait to get in. The staff on the phone at CURA are friendly and polite. They also give you a reminder call a few days before the appointment. The waiting area has a shoe rack for clients to remove footwear, a water cooler with cups, and magazines. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Rooms are comfortable and Linda Quinn is a wonderful PT. She is very caring and calming, but also gets to the issue and works on helping to resolve things. I feel comfortable with Linda and appreciate her strategies and documents that she gives me for home exercises. The office is across the street from Sears and there's ample free parking too.
