I went in with foot issues and was told I had a neuroma. Dr Graham recommended I get a corticosteroid shot and foot inserts. Was told I would get pain relief from the shot and the issue actually got worse. I called and left 3 messages and talked to somebody at the front desk who assured me somebody would get back to me... I and got no call back! I would absolutely not recommend this doctor/business. I did get a bill for $500 and got absolutely nothing for it! Don't waste your time or money. I wish I could give it less than one star. read more

I went in w a NEW MRI of my neck. They billed my insurance. For a New MRI. It was determined by Dr. AMAGOTTI that I needed 6 artificial discs, plates,so I was sent for 4 Steroid shots over the next year. 1 whole yr of pinched nerves affecting all my limbs and back. 1 years of sobbing in pain and unable to walk. They stopped shots when the ins. Said no more. At this point I was told that because the shots failed I was inoperable. I left 360 and headed for a new Dr. Within 3 weeks. DR.HARPER had me ON THE OPERATING TABLE. DAMN 360! I ALMOST COMITTED SUICIDE THAT YEAR. TOO MUCH PAIN FOR TOO LONG. Not a single pain relief RX. IM 2 weeks post op, pain free, I walked a mile this morning and I am laughing again. Dr.Harper! :) HE PLACED 4 ARTIFICIAL DISCS IN MY NECK. read more

I have been going through the same BS as most other reviewers here. I had an appt with this clown Dr. Fuhman 4 yerars ago, said I didn't need my knees replaced, gave me a cortizone shot and kicked me to the curb. Now, ky knees are in terrible shape, I can't walk a block without considerable pain. I have been trying to get back in to inquire about visco gel injections. I contacted my PCP for a referral and he sent me back to these clowns. He insisted they've changed. Well, he was wrong. Been waiting over 2 months now just to get an appt. I called today and this flippant little b**** said, and i quote: "It's not our fault that you have an HMO plan. The ball is in your PCP's court, not ours" I would rather stick needles in my eyes than go back to these imbeciles. read more

Made an appt. early Oct. due to severe nerve pain in the arm. First doctor only looked at the arm and said it's the neck. Waited a week to see the neck doctor. Waited a week to go to physical therapy once. Waited another week and had two sessions. Pain increased and PT said I should probably have an MRI. I asked at the front if the neck doc could schedule this. Was told someone would call me. no one called. I called twice after a few more days of severe pain. They said, no, I'd have to schedule see the neck doctor for another evaluation-read more money. I have spent hundreds of dollars, and nothing. The place is a cattle call for PT patients. read more

Dr. Clare operated on me just a few weeks ago. He corrected a hammertoe and removed a bunion. He is absolutely one of the best doctors I have found here in SW Florida. The most highly regarded surgeon with the best bedside manner, empathetic with the degree of pain involved in this surgery, very informative by spending time with me during multiple post op appointments etc. He cares about his patients and makes sure they are comfortable throughout their foot surgery journey. Please see Dr. Clare for foot and ankle conditions that lead to surgery. His medical assistant Victor mimics some of Dr. Clare's talents and is terrific! From my view, they are a true team and an extreme asset to 360 Orthopedics. The surgery center utilized in Sarasota is definitely top-notch as well! Your health is very important and it's doctors like Dr. Clare to help improve your overall lifestyle which encompasses your health. *****UPDATE 2/16/2018***** I spoke to the CEO and gave him the opportunity to rectify the situation. He assured me he would look into it, speak to medical records along with Dr. Raye and call me back. When I did not hear back from him a week or so later I decided to call him. I had to leave a message. Still no return call. I left another message. Still no return call. Third time - left a message and still no return call. I hope everyone reading this realizes how much value they place in their patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was seeing an excellent doctor here who was getting ready to leave the practice to work solely in Wisconsin. He assured me the new doctor he brought in would continue the treatment plan he had in place and it would be a seamless transition. None of this happen! The new doctor came in and was just awful. He is not approachable, he treated me as if I had never been to the practice before and did not listen to a thing I had to say. What really upset me was the fact he did not follow the treatment plan the other doctor had put in place. He wanted to do a series of six shots when I told him over and over again the shots did not work, I had them done already. Go elsehwere! Office didn't update my address when I was in then sent a bill to my old address for 15 dollar and threatened to send the bill to collections that I never received. I tried to pay the bill on line and they wanted to charge a 15 dollar convenience fee for 15 dollar bill. What a joke of an office! read more

Mr. Page (I cannot call him doctor) is just an aweful human. I saw him within weeks of my father passing from a type of cancer and a lump showed up on me in an area with many lymph nodes accompanied with signfi shoulder pain. After paying my $200 co-pay and having 4 x rays taken, I had the misfortune of meeting Mr. Page. His ego entered 10 min before him since it is massively inflated. He laughed when I explained the untimely death of my father (it was 3 weeks since his passing. He laughed and said "you think this is cancer?"). Now I'm steaming but I remain polite bc I was raised well. He was not. He continued to speak from his ego challenging me saying "I don't understand "autoimmune condition. haha what makes you think that??". Then he raises his voice saying "who referred you ? I'm a surgeon. What is it you think I can do??". You specialize in ONE body part. He had the audacity to imply I was an idiot for being in his office and then tell me to come back for another $200 for a follow up. He never even looked at my x rays. Perfect example of how conventional medicine is a scam. Shame on him for taking an oath that means nothing to him. read more

Really terrible experience. I never leave yelp reviews, BUT felt the need to to hopefully help out future patients. Saw Dr. Kotcharian for about 5 minutes. I am not sure he even went over my past paperwork or history but admittedly even by him my case was a bit over his pay grade. So he should have stopped there, but then felt the need to disparage my surgeon by saying "no reputable surgeon would ever remove hardware from a spinal fusion." This is patently untrue for those who don't know and in my case this did help my pain somewhat. (My surgeon is also at UC San Diego a reputable well respected teaching hospital and is himself a very highly regarded surgeon.) Anyways Dr. K went on to say that maybe I shouldn't have had the fusion anyways (completely wrong again I had a 5 mm Spondylisthesis that the only way to treat it is a fusion.) If this idiot doctor had bothered to look at my records that I brought to the appointment he may have noticed that. He went on to say he didn't think any other surgery could help me and just told me to go to Ramos Pain Center brushing me off as though that's all that could help. And then for this 5 minute idiocy I had to pay over $100 for the privilege. Please do not go here he is wrong about just about everything. Also btw I went somewhere else knowing this man was completely idiotic and they found a herniated disc at L5 s1 below my fusion so that is the cause of my new pain and I likely WILL be having another operation to fix it. ALWAYS follow your gut and there are more answers do not let people like this so-called "doctor" dissuade you in searching for answers. This guy really disgusted me that he's even in the medical field. Please don't go here! You will be wasting your time and they may make you feel hopeless on top of it. read more

I have been going to 360 Orthopedic for about 2 years. I have a ruptured disc in my lower back. I did what they told me to do. I first went to physical therapy for about 4 months and that did not seem to work. I then had epidurals done. The first one lasted about 6 months the second one about 5 months and the third one did not take. Mind you there are no guarantees with epidurals. At the end of February I had an appointment with Dr Kotcharian and I told him that I was still having pain and he suggested another epidural. I had asked him if surgery would fix the problem and he said yes but another MRI would be required and then a referral to a surgeon. At that time I agreed to an epidural. The flowing day the I got a call from 360 to schedule the epidural and I told her that I thought about it over night and I wanted the surgery. This is where it gets sad. I did not hear anything so I called 360 and she stated no MRI was ordered and there were no notes in the chart regarding any of this. That shocked me. So they said they would contact Dr. Kotcharian and see what he says. Needless to say I am in terrible pain and can hardly bend and it has been almost a month now and no word fro anyone. I suffer each day with this pain. Now after them dropping the ball I have to go back to my personal doctor to get all of this done. I am disappointed in 360 Orthopedic for falling so short Because of there errors I have to wait now to see my dr. It has been pure hell. I can't sleep at night. It hurts to walk and to do anything at this point due to 360 neglect. I can't believe it how they could be so careless. So I am hoping to get my MRI done and a referral from my personal Dr. For anybody out there who is suffering in pain like me just remember that Florida has a law that states that a doctor is legally responsible to treat or to refer to a specialist. I did not push this issue but I wish I had. It has been a terrible experience and the lack of care has been horrible during this situation. And if you find yourself in my shoes with pain and suffering use the Florida law to help you. I thought they were good but now after this, no The thing is that I have not heard a word from them and they knew how I was feeling. Take your chances. read more

Do not go to this practice!!! The front staff is completely unprofessional and unfriendly. The Medical Assistant, who they call his "nurse" was no better. I told them I had recent x-rays, but the doctor I saw said the "images" weren't good enough and I was asked to retake them at their facility. Then, my the MD came in to see me. He had NO compassion and was all business; in and out. He said I should schedule surgery with him for my shoulder. No way!!! This was a second opinion for me. Years ago, when I came here, I had first seen Dr. Gordon, who has previously been at this clinic...no wonder why he left. My first opinion this time was with the Kennedy White group, which has an excellent reputation for a reason. Dr. Gordon is terrific too. Heard he went to Intercoastal. I would recommend any orthopedic practice over this one! read more

I was referred to Dr Justin Raye after it was determined by 2 Neurosurgeons that I wouldn't survive a third back surgery, this one 14 hours, even if I would, they could not guarantee the results. The pain was debilitating, I was told my only option was "stim wave" implant but there is a long waiting period for approval with a psychiatric evaluation. Dr Raye suggested a lower back nerve ablation, I had nothing to lose but much to gain, he stated it was not a miracle cure but I could expect a 40% improvement. It worked, I did get mobility back but I'm very careful by using a back brace for any strenuous activity. read more

We will start with I deleted my first review of this place. I had a negative experience with a Doctor here that specializes in sports medicine. This was my first visit. I did not feel like a valued patient, the Dr was in and out in 5 minutes and I was left frustrated. I canceled all future appointments which included a spinal Dr. that's unfortunate because that man may have been an incredible Dr but I will never know. I am in my thirties and extremely frustrated that I can't live my life as actively as I want to. I want to be better! I ultimately had a discussion with this sports Dr, without saying names, that his bedside manner was less than desirable. There was no sit down to discuss my physical activities, my lifestyle, any particular time I noticed the injury starting or real manipulation of my joints. The visit with the Dr was at most 5 minutes. Alexis in records was extremely helpful and compassionate. She offered to help in any way. I edited my review for the sheer fact that the man called me to try and make it right. That's the sign of a compassionate Dr. I haven't decided if I will return to this office but his effort to rectify it says a lot about his character. read more

I have used this practice for both fractures and physical therapy for over 8 years and can't praise them enough. The nurses have been so gentle as they remove and replace the various braces and bandages I've had. Dr. Silverstein and Dr. Page are both very knowledgeable and don't rush to surgery trying alternative methods first. They each explained my injuries in detail and why they chose the course of treatment. The MRI technician goes out of his way to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable while the test is being done. It is one of the few facilities where the front staff will go out of their way to make sure you can get a same day appointment and will schedule it so you won't have a long wait even though you are being fit in. Wouldn't go any place else. read more

Absolutely one of the worst of 2 experiences, both being in the Sarasota location with Dr Paige. Complete lack of bedside manner from him and his nurse team. They all need a course in compassion. Honestly looking more forward to NOT going back to this office than recovery. The doctor clearly values HIS time over others leaving patients to wait 1.5 hours AFTER scheduled appointments only to be ushered through as though they are in a hurry to simply get you out. No courtesy or professionalism. Reception is friendly but lacks the ability for any informative help. Would never recommend. No stars if I could but had to give 1 to review. read more

Absolutley beauracratic, terrible and unorganized service. Do not go if you have a automobile accident, they only deal with workers comp claims. Super stuck up and pride driven even when they don't have the right answer, won't transfer you professionally to someone who someone that actually is trained to have the right answer. Got in a car accident, waited over a month to get an appointment, the front desk, since they are receptionists and schedulers - instead of professionally transfering over to billing department for insurance respond like they got a medical billing certificate in college and respond with inaccurate info about billing question which our medical lawyer, thought unbelievable. Stunning lack of professional conduct by front office. Tried for over two hours to secure an appointment for a grievous injury and finally gave up. I even had a referral and top tier insurance. It was after I had an unimpressive appointment with a doctor here that I decided to write a review. Since I spend time in other states, I went here to get a copy of my xray and doctor's notes.The girl at the desk informed me that a copy of MY xray would cost $15 and each page of the doctor's notes would cost $ 1. That's quite a deal-the patient supplies them with information that they then turn around and sell back to you.You would think that the hundreds of dollars they charge would be more than enough to cover this item. This is the only practice I have been to in this area where they impose this insulting charge. read more

Please get a second opinion before going through any expensive testing. I was having some issues with my arm tingling and stiff neck. I was told by SOA it was carpel tunnel but to be sure I needed some very expensive testing done. I was sent out the door with a $130 wrist wrap, the same kind that are at Walgreens for under $30. Because my insurance deductible is so high, there was no way I could pay for the testing until months later. In the meantime, I found a chiropractor deal on groupon. I went to see him and he sent me for a MRI where I paid cash (much less expensive than going through ins). After 2 adjustments which were on average $20 each after with groupon, I was better. It wasn't carpel tunnel. I had a pinched nerve. read more

If you have a foot or ankle problem, Dr Howard is the physician to visit. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The receptionists are friendly and the office nice. Biggest problem is getting the results of a test. Doctors will not call and you need to meet with them in person. I am used to physicians calling with results read more

After my back pain that was ready to put me in a wheelchair a friend recommended to me. Even though I had done numerous physical therapy sessions and had many spinal injections which did not help. Beware of Sarasota Orthopedic Associates!! I am flat footed. I went here to find a good pair of orthotics to help with the pain in my feet from being flat footed and doing the everyday walking. The doctor spent only 5 minutes of his time with me and seemed in a rush. He prescribed orthotics ($500 out of pocket, insurance doesn't cover it) and told me I would have to schedule a visit for the fitting. I went back to get the orthopedics made. 2 assistants (not the doctor) made me walk on an electronic mat and told me they would be made in a few weeks. I received a call from the office stating the orthotics were in and ready to be picked up. When I picked them up, an assistant (not the doctor) gave them to me and said to come back in a few weeks to see how they are fitting. The orthotics at first seemed to help to relieve the pain. However, It's been only a year and now they are falling apart and have started to BEND in the heel area. I decided to go to a different Orthopedic doctor. When I showed him the orthotics he stated I got an inferior, cheaply made product that was meant only to last a year or so. He also stated I received an inferior prescription. He stated orthotics need to be fitted with a 3 dimensional mold of your foot (he makes a mold of your foot with plaster). NOT a 2 dimensional mat that you walk on. He explained that this new technology of walking on a mat isn't as dirty or time consuming as making a plaster mold of your foot. That's why some Orthopedic doctors use the mat. However, It's not the correct way of fitting your feet with orthotics. Now, I had to spend another $500 out of pocket (because insurance doesn't cover it) to get a correct orthotics prescription made and properly fitted to my feet. I wish I had done my research before I went to Sarasota Orthopedic Associates. You've been warned...DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!! Sarasota Orthopedic Associates isn't concerned about your well being, they are only concerned about how to save themselves money by passing inferior cheap products and prescriptions to their patients. read more
