When I called the company they said they were not plumbers but drain specialists, instead of them saying their sorry and thanks for not suing us, because they could've made a void or further broke my furnace more (the water actually made it to the furnace). The water damage wasn't known until the furnace was pulled up as my house is on slab foundation. I paid the bill as I didn't want a ding on my credit report.
