It could have been 4 hours total but we got detoured with a free sofa that turned out to be awesome and now sits in our main living room! They require you to have your mattresses in covers/bags and they'll rent them to you for $19/each or you can buy them from Canadian Tire for $10 each. My one piece of advice would be for them to sweep/clean their moving trunk regularly. After they left I kept finding small pieces of broken glass which came in from the bottom of their shoes.

We wanted junk removed from our crawl space under our basement stairs, a low, small space, not easy to get into, as well as our garage. Miquel with his daughter, were organized, polite and efficient. They inquired after each item as to whether it was a keep or a throw out. There was heavy flooring items, paint cans and suitcases, they took it all quickly and vacuumed the crawl space, leaving it empty and clean. The garage was handled in a similar manner, then swept out, leaving it also empty and clean. We were very impressed with there efficient, organized removal of all our junk from our driveway into their truck and trailer flatbed. The whole process took a little over two hours. He said that because I was training that he feels like he shouldn't have to pay me because I was technically "still training". If Junk Buddy was a legitimate business then they should be paying their employees regardless if it works out or not. On top of that, the work conditions are unsafe and they do not provide health or dental benefits at all. The owner is now dodging any communication I am trying to have with him to come to a solution about payment. Do not use this company and definitely do not work for them.

Their bins are pink because the donation to Breast Cancer Research Foundation every year. They are also a Better Business Bureau accredited business. They have one price for a bin that includes drop-off, pick-up and disposal fees. No need worrying that you will get a big charge for a heavy load. You get the bin for one week included and to extend it for more weeks at a time is very reasonable (an extra $25/wk for a 12 cubic yard bin). All in all I am very happy dealing with them and would use them again. They only reason I am not giving them full stars is their online presence is really a bit of a mess. I think I found them through a Kijiji search initially. Then later on I tried doing a Google search for their business name and could not find it (so many bin companies). I had to wait until I got home and go through my browser history to go back and find their web page. Also they have a Facebook page and the link on that page doesn't take them to their webpage (it has .ca when their website is a .com"). Also their Bins say "Bin Buddy" when their business is called "Junk Buddy" to add to the confusion of trying to find them online.
