Sheila from Spotless replied to my message within an hour and offered to come and see the problem area so she could give me a fair quote. Her price was well below the prices suggested by other companies and she and her partner did such an amazing job! They were very prompt to answer the phone and answer all the questions I had. They also made room for me in the schedule even though they said they were pretty booked up, I really appreciated that. My only complaint was that there was one small spot that got missed in the kitchen but it was very small and not a big deal.
