I wanted to book a photo booth set up for our coworking office's Grand Opening Party event. I…read morewaited until last minute of course so I felt like my options were becoming limited. I searched a few companies and filled out some "contact us" forms but never heard back. I found TaBooth actually through a search I did for an annual crawfish boil event that was on the same night. Courtney and TJ were quick to reply to my request for info and provided a quote within hours. Had a few questions to go over and Courtney was very responsive and able to jump on a call with me even though she was at an event. Pricing was reasonable for the late request and we moved forward with the booking. We ended up doing a digital backdrop on a green screen and they were quick to put together a proof and adjust after my initial feedback. Day of the event, TJ and Courtney both came out to set up. They arrived an hour before the event and had enough time to set up and hang out so we weren't up against it. During the event, TJ was very helpful with going around and letting people know about the photo booth. He was friendly and took care of the guests very well. I appreciate that type of customer service. The photos came out great and the interface to send via text was simple and easy to use. Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely use TaBooth again for our next event and refer to anyone needing a good photo booth setup with a helpful and attentive team.
