He was transparent on the price, the process, and the payment. His team workers came in and had an entire roof on in one day. That was new boards, shingles, vents, drip caps, and gutter guards. This was the worst experience of my life. I had a horrible time trying to get them to come out and complete the install, I begged and pleaded with texts not being returned. That led me to contact another contractor and thats how I found out about the issues. I was nice enough to still allow them to keep the money in full and asked for a refund of my remaining money. They made up some 4% fee to take off my refund even after I paid for the horrible work. Do your research before hiring anyone! They also adjusted my front door and did not reinstall the trim correctly. It looks horrible!
