We highly recommend Michael and Arc Electric.

They both are very polite and as soon as they walked into the house, without asking they immediately put on the shoe covers. We had 3 ceiling fans installed. Unfortunately, one out of three of them was defective. It was wobbling after installation. He offered to come back and swap it for me for free if I can go get a replacement even though it wasn't their fault. Sure enough, he texted me the following week and offered to stop by to swap it. Tapia electric's pricing seems cheaper than other places that I have called before so which was a plus! I will definitely save their number and also refer them to my friends and neighbor.

On the day of the appointment, John and Mike arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Both were extremely friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job with all of the installations. Oftentimes it's the little touches that matter, and perhaps what impressed me the most was that they had brought a small hand vac with them, and cleaned up the dust and debris at the base of the walls where the switches had been installed. While this may not be a huge deal, it's the first time I've had an electrician take the time to do it - and it showed a genuine desire to provide a great customer experience. Overall I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mike and John of JAV Electric, and they 100% have earned both my repeat business and my strong recommendation to anyone looking for an electrician in the Hemet area!
