Very nice marina with jet ski and other water sports rentals. Taylor set us up with jet skis. She gave us an operation class. That came in handy since we had not been on jet skis for 2 years. Taylor and her assistant are very easy to work with. I forgot about the brake and almost ran over one of the young ladies working there. I felt horrible but they were very good natured about it. Skis were in great condition. The marina has a nice outside bar with cold drinks. We are from Punta Gorda but go over there often and wife and I will be back. read more

We rented for the day and had a great time. Going south down the river there are some nice islands to anchor up at and enjoy the outdoors. It helped our souls to get outside and enjoy nature. Had a great time, I like that the jet ski is being followed with GPS for safety, and when you get too close to docks or no wake zones it automatically cuts your speed down so you don't have to remember all the rules. Also, they have a direct number to call them for emergencies. This was great as this was our first time riding. We saw dolphins, and we just all around enjoyed ourselves. SO MUCH FUN!!! We rented jet skis for an hour and had such a blast. The stuff is so friendly and helpful. We walked right in and they had jet skis ready!! Not only could we go full speed in the beautiful water, but we saw at least 15 dolphins! They swam right up to our jet skis and we caught them on video. This was my first jet skiing experience and Steve was patient with me while we booked our adventure. My daughter and I were totally nervous especially since neither of us can swim. BUT this is an adventure you've GOT TO TRY ! Once I got on the water it took some time to gain confidence but right out of the entryway we saw dolphins and LOTS of dolphins and lots MORE dolphins. Next - we went and looked at the amazing homes on the waterfront and all of the other people on the water waved and gave us big smiles. There are no restrictions on where you can go - we went FAR and before I knew it ... were were going FAST! The weather was perfect and we spent an hour and a half out on the water. We had a BLAST ! This was our first time jet skiing but definitely won't be our last. When we returned we paid for the gas we used and it came up to about $18.00. No hidden fees and Steve was waiting for us at the dock when we returned. When driving to the location - Look for the big gray building immediately after the bridge and the gas station is next to it with the bank across the street. Look for the life jackets when you pull in and voila- You've found the hidden secret! I never found the beach area BUT I'm adding that to the list of things to do on my next adventure.
