I call and talk to some (I won't say) Told him I wanted customer service, (guess none exists) Told him the same, AGAIN, I'll gave my manager get ahold of you, EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED MY NUMBER... YOU GUESS IT!!! NOTTA!!! SO, I happen to get ahold of his email and sent requesting refund. NOTTA. SO,, by this time it's late march, Installation guy calls to schedule on Friday. Told him it was canceled and would have to get ahold of his manager. NOTHING!!! NO CALL,,, NO EMAIL,,,, NO SPAM IN MY FOLDER!!!! NOTHING!!!! Called again (installer) said I wanted my deposite back and he said,, wait for it,,, I thought my manager took care of that, NOPE!!!. SO, I send another Email to Kevin Donovan, pretty much demanding deposite promptly. (What I had to finnish the install payment I had to use for unforseen problem. I and I need the deposite also) SO,,,, May 11,2025 (how may months?) He sends me an email stating he sent an Email a while back (no ya didn't, no spam either) this states by contract I had 30 days to cancel? Sounds like a scam to me, what say you?. BUT, I can pay the remainder (I have no resources or can afford a loan) or Bless them I can put it towards something else? At this point. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. TOTALLY NO INNER COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point,,, I would not let them change the screen in my window. It probably would take a year to get done. ALSO DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSITE!!! Better off just setting it on fire.

It was gushing down the walls in our front rooms in . It ruined the whole inside front room and the walls had to be ripped out. They cannot be replaced as the roof has to be fixed first. We have called numerous times no one ever answered the phone. Finally, someone came out looked at it then left. We called numerous times again finally they did send out someone who knew what he was doing and said the roof had been done incorrectly and that they would fix it. It is now July we have not heard anything we continue to leave numerous messages and never hear back. Driving by their billboards that are up now and are promising excellence .....Truly makes me sick to my stomach. I'm not sure if they're ever planning to call us back or just hoping that we go away, Please do not use this roofing company. They have caused more damage and harm we now have to pay for. It was Roscoe Roofing (SJBS Construction). Sal came right over to give me an estimate on my leaking roof. Other contractors each told me something different as far as what the problem was. Sal took the time to explain that it could be several things and what was needed to fix all the possible problems. He pointed out all the mistakes that were made with the prior roofing job. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge, so I hired them. They showed up bright and early every day, around 7:30, and worked through the whole day. They extended my dormers a foot so they extended over the windows and wrapped and caulked all the windows. I could tell just by being around them as they worked that Sal is a perfectionist and if something didn't look right, he made sure it was re-done correctly. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors so I was very happy to finally get such a competent one. I'm not an expert but to me it looks like they did an exceptional job. And I know they stand by their work because I called them when I had a question, and Sal came over the very next day.
