You call get put in hold and I can drive up there and still ve on hold after 15 min while the front office is playing on their phones and chatting with each other. They call you and you try to call back Good Luck 12 calls later noone answers. I. I love the Dr's. But I can't deal with the fact I can never reach them because the front end is ridiculously awful. Been with them over 30 years now... I'm changing to another office because the lack of professionalism in the front. Even after he left they joked about not tipping him how rude!! If they cant respect the people in the service industry getting paid less than minimum wage for tips, then how do you think they would treat a patient. You are nothing but a dollar sign to them. Only to get left on hold for 20mins each time and having to leave a voicemail that does not get returned! Stop sending me that I owe money!
