We rented a party bus for my big night out on my bachelorette. While my friends and I still made the most out of our experience, the bus was not up to par. My girlfriends spent a lot of money to make this night special and this "party bus" didn't have a working speaker system.... We couldn't play music on the party bus which was a buzz kill and basically the whole reason of getting the bus. The site said it would come with ice and drinks, it didn't. The driver did not have good vibes and could have cared less that the music wasn't working (she tried to fix it but it didn't work). RUN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! We came to Destin for my friend's Bachelorette Trip. When we got on the bus there was no ice, no drinks (maybe water and a comp bottle of champagne would be nice??), no Karaoke, and no cups. We tried to hook up our phones to Bluetooth and the driver yelled at us for pushing buttons and trying to connect. We finally got connected and enjoyed music for about 30 minutes. THE REST OF OUR 6 HOUR RIDE THERE WAS NO MUSIC!!! When we got off a stop she said she would try to fix it but she never did and she blamed us for "touching buttons" which we didn't except for the very beginning trying to connect. The "AUX" cord that they provide did not fit any of our phones. If you know that your bluetooth speaker doesn't always work it is probably best to provide your guests with some updated technology so they can play music! A few more gems of the evening: -Our friend also tripped and fell down-- cut her knee on shells and they had no first aid kit to help her! -Our driver knew her tip was included. She was not nice or fun. How are you going to drive a party bus for a living with a sour attitude? -SHE DROPPED US OFF EARLY even though we told her we wanted to ride around until our time was up. We made the best of it we could but when we got back home I emailed the company to tell them of our experience. I have been going back and forth with them for a month. They have not accepted fault or done anything to remediate the situation. We also found out they were recording us the whole time. This may be in the waiver but I found that very strange and something that should be told to the guests. Again-- do not waste your money on this bullshit company with horrible customer service and zero sense of hospitality. They didn't care AT ALL that it was a special night for us. read more

This was a major letdown of an experience. We rented this bus for a big night out for my friend's bachelorette. We were disappointed with the entire night. There was no ice or water onboard. When we got on the driver was very adamant about us not touching their ancient audio system. I watched what she did to get us connected to the bluetooth and we enjoyed our first ride around town. When we got back on the bus after the first stop, we weren't able to reconnect to the bluetooth. I followed what she did and there was no way for it to reconnect. She was very angry that we were "touching the system" even though it was archaic and not difficult to navigate. At our next stop, she said she would try to fix it. Not sure if she attempted anything, but it didn't work when we got back on. While waiting for her to come back to pick us up, we talked to another party bus that was less expensive, came with liquor bottles, mixers, ice, water - we were majorly disappointed we hadn't seen this company before as they seemed like a much better situation than what we were dealing with. After riding around in silence for a while and trying to handle our friend that was injured (there was no first aid or assistance on the bus) - and making a couple more stops, the bus driver dropped us off back at home 20 minutes before our paid time was supposed to be done. We wrote into the company after this experience and they were combative, blaming us for the issues and telling us that they'd "let us know the damage that we caused" to the bus. They then stopped responding to us for a month. The lack of customer service in the aftermath of our evening was incredibly disappointing. No one was wasted or out of control (they can confirm this because supposedly they were recording us the whole time??) so there's no reason for this to be "our fault." TLDR - there are plenty of other companies to use in the Destin area and I highly suggest you use them over 30A Party Bus. read more
