I was originally quoted $1K for a job on my car, got it back and it worked for one day. Then it was several hundred more, and worked for less then a day. By the time it was all said and done, I had paid $3K to repair a car that only had engine problems-no cosmetic issues, and the car ran less then a week combined. Not included the price of having to tow the car to them 3 seperate times, because their repairs made the car run for less then a day at a time. The last time I picked it up from them it worked for a couple of days, and died again. Finally I took it elsewhere, and it was fixed in a couple of days, and the price tag was $800. It has ran fine ever since. I'm not the only person that has had this type of experience here. I reached out to the management about this, and even filed a complaint with the BBB-both of which were only acknowledged with lip service to others, and not to me. I was threatened, cussed out, and insulted by their head mechanic-who has since been fired, but I have not received any of the money back I wasted on a car they never fixed. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DESIRE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! read more
