They charged me $135 to tell me that they could not fix my car, because it was a computer problem. Very poor service.

We took our vehicle to this shop because our usual mechanic doesn't handle hybrid-related work, and…read moreunfortunately, this turned into a frustrating experience. After testing and finding the parts the estimate became much larger, but it had to be fixed. After getting the vehicle back we had issues again and took it back because it was under warranty. They initially replaced a cooling system hose, but we later found out that the brand new hose they installed had a pinhole leak. That alone raises concerns about the quality of parts they're using and their inspection process before returning a vehicle. Well, this of course was not covered. When we picked the car up...the 2nd time, the check engine light was on -- which it absolutely was NOT when we dropped it off. They told us the issue was an intermittent misfire and suggested additional diagnostic testing for over $400, followed by more charges for fuel injection cleaning and possibly even deeper engine work. It felt like they were stacking on expensive "next steps" without a clear diagnosis. Something didn't sit right, so we brought the car to our regular shop since this was no longer a "hybrid" issue. Within a short time, they found the real issue: a smashed spark plug -- and not even the same brand as the others that had all been replaced by me personally just six months ago. That's extremely concerning and points to careless or sloppy workmanship or sadly sabotage. Between installing a faulty hose, returning my car with a new warning light, and missing (or possibly causing) a very obvious issue, I've completely lost confidence in this shop. Familiarize yourself with your vehicle and exercise caution. Sadly, many are out to profit, even at your expense.

Terrible experience I went in to have 3 tpms sensors…read morereplaced with my sensors An oil and filter change (8 quarts) with my oil and filter I supplied (2 5 quart jugs) And a tire rotation So first problem they dismounted tires to replace sensors and didn't re balance tires afterwards. Second problem they put 10 quarts of oil in my engine Severely over filling it and wasting two $20 (each) quarts of oil. Next they pull my truck out I go to pay and see one of the three tpms sensors I gave him on the counter so I asked if they replaced all three and salesman Robert tried to convince me I gave him 4 sensors and they replaced all 3 but unfortunately they couldn't activate them do to them using an autel tpms tool (all lies) I went outside and asked the tech and he said he only replaced 2 sensors and this is when I realized the tires weren't rotated either so literally everything I requested and paid for was either done incorrectly or just not done at all and then to be lied to on top of everything else by the "salesman Robert" I was less than happy. Luckily another tech Brandon stepped in and took care of everything the way it should have been done to start with, he installed the 3rd TPMs sensor rotated the tires and and activated the TPMs sensors he was polite and helpful and the only good thing about this place. Also while waiting inside I overheard Robert quote a woman $650 to replace rear brake pads on her car because the pads were getting close to needing replaced lol (highway robbery) This guy Robert is a joke and needs to go back wherever he came from I assume used car sales or calling people about a warranty that's expiring soon.

I would not go here again. I called and made an appointment to get my tires changed on a Thursday…read moreand we set a price after he said he would match the price of another tire shop, and never said anything about a deposit. When I came to my appointment they said they had the appointment in the notes but not scheduled, and told me (after having me stand around waiting for him to try and figure out what's going on for like 40 minutes) that they didn't have my tires and I could make the deposit that the guy I talked to on the phone was supposed to get from me and either leave my car there, or come in on saturday at 8am, telling me that since I'd be the first car I'd get priority and instead of a 3 hour wait it'd be 1, I told him I would try but I'm not an early riser. I called at like 8:45 and asked if I came in could I still get priority to which he said no, so I had to reschedule to Wednesday, then they added my deposit back onto my final price so I payed 20 dollars more than I was told I'd be paying, and I'm 85% sure that some of these "new" tires are used in good condition. 2 had significantly less air, and one of them was missing a cap.
