Same salesman said I needed to pay an additional $20 because when I purchased it originally, it was on sale and now it wasn't so I couldn't just do an even exchange. He never said I would have to pay extra since it was on sale and made it seem like it was no biggie to do an exchange. Also called the manager and he backed up his employees choice. Also, the blonde salesman kind of smirked and shrugged at me the entire time. Not very personable. Poor sales. I'm a GNC member who used to go in there all the time, now i just order from another company online. Won't ever go back and I used to spend roughly 80-100 bucks there every month.
