I said, you mid marked like 10 plants? They responded, we are human. I think they just need to honor what's on the plant. I will NOT return, nor would I recommend. Do yourself a favor and go down the road about a mile and a half. The folks at Thyme in the Garden are lovely, knowledgeable and honest.

She talked me into 2 trees for 75$ a piece and said she could have them delivered Saturday. Saturday arrives, and nobody has called with a delivery update. When I called to check in, another guy told me the trees were now 225$ a piece and hung up on me. I took off work and waited around all day, no apology nothing. She should not be selling if they do not honor what they tell their customers.

No one ever told me why so he talked me into having him glue it permanently glued on. He turned on my system and put me on his schedule to replace some of my popup rotors and possibly do some landscape trimming of bushes. I called him at least 3 or 4 times to inquire when he would come and do the work. he commented that we are still on his schedule. I never heard from him again. I did find out in October that the irrigation backflow needs to be removed for the winter so it doesn't freeze and possibly crack. I find his business practices to be unreliable and irresponsible. If he didn't want to do the work for us he should have said so and not string us along. I would not recommend his company

If I could give 0 I would. US laws just sodded my apartment complex. What a disaster. I could've…read moregiven my daughter 5$ to do a better job. It's a hack job. It's a nightmare actually. It looks so terrible it's as if they've never seen nor touched sod before in their lives. Half assed, lazy, ugly, disgusting job. And that's not even my biggest issue!! When getting home from work I took my dog out for a walk around 3-3:30 on a patch that was left half sodded and half dirt. No big deal. People need breaks and people need to go home. This "patch is about 7' x 5' for reference. What do I come across? A MACHETE. A real, dangerous, very large (about 18") machete. And naturally what does my dog do? Attempt to run over and sniff & lick a friggin machete. So I moved it to a less dangerous location (in the open about 3' away on top of an HVAC system next to the patch). After a few hours my dogs on a walk again. What do I see?? Kids. Children. "Admiring" considering playing with/ taking the machete. I immediately took it and turned it into an apartment employee. This is not cool in any way, shape or form. They're lucky no one was hurt and they weren't sued honestly. For this I will never. No matter what apology or explaination use US lawns. Unacceptable and inexcusable and honestly just an all around terrible job
