I've done business with this local business for over a decade. Up until this last week I was ALWAYS…read morehappy with the price and what you got for the price. There were never any extra costs unless you specifically asked for extras. I decided to buy my wife flowers for no particular reason. I didn't want a small arrangement, so I went with the premium. When my wife received the flowers she sent me a picture and it did NOT appear to be the premium that I had paid for. When I went to my bank account to see if they charged me their premium price I found that they charged me 25 dollars over their premium price. So apparently they charged me over premium price for a very basic and small arrangement. When I contacted them with my concern the lady told me they charge 10 dollars apiece for lilies and 10 for this and 10 for that plus a delivery charge. I told her I'd never had been overcharged before and I was always satisfied with their flowers. I will NOT be doing business with them again.
