Regretfully we had to try another local vendor about a year ago and we have been scarred ever since. The prices were exorbitant for a mediocre small bounce house at best. With Lou's, every bounce house is GRAND in size and he has several options on various bounce houses! Lou's also offers all concessions as well. The cotton candy machine is always a hit with all of our guests! Adults included!! Lou's is a one stop shop for all of your party needs! Was told to expect delivery for a 1 o'clock party…read morebetween 11:30 and 12:30. i had to call owner at 12:45 to inquire as to when delivery would happen because it hadn't happened yet. He had to call delivery guy who then told him he had into an issue with his prior delivery and was running late (which is fine...but communication from the company would have been nice). Delivery finally happened just prior to 2 pm. Owner compensated by giving a paltry $20 dollars off. I understand that things happen, but I would have expected some better communication prior to me having to call and find out what's going on. I've ordered from other companies, and they usually are set up several hours prior to party time. After party, pickup occurred sometime after sundown and sunup, without any communication.
