Their online system of managing claims allows providers to very easily send claims out, and also allows providers to access payment records on past claims. The most important aspect of insurance billing is that all claims are filed, and that follow-up occurs to ensure every claim gets paid. Acuclaims is superb at this. Their online and secure system sends out claims as soon as they are uploaded. This removes the chance for human error in possibly missing claims that need to be filed. They are superb at getting everything paid. I follow all of my payment records closely, and I am so impressed with how they fight for payment until the claim is actually paid. They are very professional in their customer service. I have to give credit specifically to Mori West, the owner, as well as my billing rep, Lily.
