They sent a couple of guys and they had it fixed it in a couple of hours. My sink worked after they left. Another emergency involved our A/C system. We had contacted a local Comfort HVAC company but they could not get the part needed to fix our AC. After 8 days without AC, mind you, this was the middle of August in Texas, we finally called 72 Degrees. I told them about the problem and told them we wanted to have the AC fixed by the end of the day. Believe it or not, they were able to get a part from San Antonio, drove it out to our residence, installed it and had AC that early afternoon! What a service. Now, here is the rub. It cost us a lot of money. In my humble opinion, they charge too much but you know, if you're hot after not having any AC for over a week, you will find a way to get it fixed. Thank goodness for credit cards!

They could've said starting at going up to an estimated amount. But no, she abruptly cut me off said thank you for the call and hung up on me. I won't be calling them back. I got another company to give me a quote using a picture I sent them. It was 60 miles away. That's the reason I wasn't wanting them to drive 60 miles for a quote.

I…read morehave been on their schedule for Thursday last week and we had a winter storm come through so I understand that being on the road is dangerous. Albert told me that he will be back with me this week and didn't. So I called and then left a text message. Kneese has been doing all my work for years and I refer them to anyone that needs a good craftsman plumber. As of yesterday I asked Albert the crew will be out by this Friday and was told that no the people with out power first. I explained to him that I have been on the schedule for over a month and you have been putting me off due to having only 1 pump man. Albert replied to me with a text yesterday. Actual Text. (Yes some people here have been without since last Thursday if you don't understand that then find somebody else) I called their office and talked Michelle and she was shocked. She told me that she will have Bruce the owner call me. (NEVER HAPPENED). I called this morning and was told by Michelle that Bruce was not in and again told that she will have Bruce call me. Following this I received this text from Albert. (We will no longer work for you as per owner of kneese plumbing). I called Albert and Bruce was there with him and he put me on speaker phone and I heard Bruce in the background say we do not work for you anymore and then was hung up on. Moral of the story is no mater how faithful you are to this business you are just another customer that they do not care about. You are replaceable. Communication goes a long way with me all it would have taken from Albert is a phone call letting me know that they need to add-ons issue and we will get out there when we can and that he will keep me posted. I should not have to chase someone down to get work done when I have been doing this for over a month. I am also a business owner and believe with out a customer you do not have a job, if a Curtis an inconvenience you do not need a job. Side note- Kneese did work for me over a year ago and forgot to bill me for their work done about 3,400.00 work. Being honest I called Chris to get a invoice and he was shocked that this had not been done. Now I could have just never brought it up and kept the money but we all work hard and money is hard to come by. I guess being honest to someone is not important and that my money is not good enough. Please see the attached screen shots of the communication text between Albert an myself. Spend your hard earned money to those businesses that appreciate you.
