Seeing my surprised face, she gloats excitedly; "Mr. J likes it very hot. We have to buy ALL NEW woks everytime he comes in! They melt like lava!" "The smell alone while we cook it sends other customers into a coma" she continues as she shoos all the other customers out of the restaurant. What did I get myself into? Surely just a quarter of that spice shouldn't hurt me? As I'm dying from dehydration because all of the sweat and snot have left my soul, the waitress asks; "You like?" "Ohh, of course. Wondering when the torture will end. I eventually reached a point where I lamented taking for granted the moments my lips, gums, and teeth felt normal and boring.
