BEWARE of this company who trains their employees to follow this poor business practice.

A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.

The former owners had literally drilled through the pipes in an attempt to get incompatible pieces to work, and the pipes were in bad condition due to excessive mineral scale. Jeremy went above and beyond, replacing the full shower line while only charging me to replace the valve. The water softener he sold me, while not cheap, is a top quality, commercial-grade product. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his craft and supplies only superior parts to customers. I would be happy to hire Jeremy and his team again, and he quickly fixed a few small issues with the job at no added cost. I highly recommend Advocate, and they will definitely be my go-to for all plumbing needs.

They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. i had a backed up toilet on one side of my duplex office building and the first service tech could…read morenot figure out the solution. Over a period of two seperate days, I believe they sent every employee except their owner and office staff to assess the issue. Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.
