Joshua is the best as he's easy to communicate with. You pick your package, complete a form to reserve your spot and you're good to go! He'll be in touch closer to the event with the website to use to pick your template. There's so many to choose from and he can adjust any of them to match your party's color or adjust the design! He sends you the sample to confirm. Day of the party, depending on your package, the photobooth attendant will arrive about an hour prior to your requested start time. We had Dallas as our attendant and he was amazing! He set up pretty quickly and then let us know when we could start! He was even awesome enough to make sure he had my daughter (her sweet 16) take a single set and made sure our family took some too! Parties get busy so glad he reminded us!!! He wasn't hovering either, he was good about giving the guests space to take the photos in case they were shy. The backdrop and the props were great too!! Print outs were awesome and at the end you get a USB with all the photos (for a minimal fee), so worth it!!! Clean up was easy. He cleaned it all up and didn't leave any mess. We also rented tables and chairs this time. Delivery and pick up was easy to schedule. The tables were clean and chairs looked new! Can't wait for the next party!!! Thank you Pic-o-Rama!!!

The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly, and was happy to answer questions, give recommendations, and provide updated quotes as we solidified our choices for the big day. At the end, we were extremely satisfied with the photo book, the prints, and the entire experience. My wife and I both work in healthcare, and they offered us an extremely generous discount, for which we were extremely grateful. To top it all off, at the end of the night when our reserved time was technically already over, and we had the last-minute rush to take more photos, the attendant didn't seem to pressure anyone, mentioned nothing about "Oh, we only have xx minutes left," or anything of the sort. He was happy to let our guests finish their photos. Again, totally unexpected, but extremely appreciated. We would absolutely work with them again, no hesitation! Thank you to the entire Code Blue team!

I'm hoping that this review can at least get your attention. Initially, everything was quick and easy when we hired you for our wedding. However, it's been 1.5 months since our wedding and over the last month of contacting you we've had zero luck in getting anything back. At this point, we still have no clue what's going on with our photos, photo book, etc. My wife and I have both left several messages and have even tried to reaching you through your Facebook page. I'm not sure what's going on but it's incredibly unprofessional of you to simply ignore phone calls, voicemails and emails. I mean - c'mon - you can't pick up the phone and even tell us you're swamped or busy or closed or something? Until you and I find some sort of resolution to this, I have to SERIOUSLY recommend to everyone reading this NOT TO USE YOU.

We had been to a good number of weddings with photobooths, and I highly recommend an open-air style like Vintage Vault. You can cram more people in without feeling like you're about to break the booth. Our wedding was outdoors so I was concerned about the lighting being too dark at night, but the photos all turned out great! Our guests had tons of fun with the photobooth/props. We had our guests put their pics in the "scrapbook" and it was so much fun seeing the pics and reading the comments after the wedding!!!
