I can't say enough good things about Luxury Precision Auto Repair. For years I had my Porsche…read moreserviced at another local European repair shop, but after being quoted nearly $5,000 to repair two windows, I decided it was time for a second opinion. I tried another shop first and still didn't feel comfortable, then I found Luxury Precision Auto Repair. From the very first phone conversation, I knew this place was different. After explaining the issues I was having, they immediately felt it sounded more like a programming issue than a major parts failure -- exactly what I had been trying to tell my previous repair shops all along. That conversation alone gave me confidence that I had finally found people who truly understood these cars and genuinely wanted to help instead of just selling expensive repairs. Well, I picked up my car today and guess what? It wasn't a programming issue or $5,000 in parts and labor... it was simply the power switch on the door! After bringing my car back to my previous mechanic FIVE times over the last year and a half for the same problem, Luxury Precision diagnosed and fixed it correctly the first time. Not only that, they also discovered several important maintenance items that had clearly been overlooked for years by my previous mechanic. My Porsche now rides like brand new. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I definitely have a new mechanic for life and highly recommend Luxury Precision Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest service and repairs done right the first time.
