What a bad choice of Italian bakeries , the apples uncooked and the dough had to be old the worst dough we have ever had , the pumpkin pie was just as bad , the dinner rolls dry and flavorless, the eclairs or long John's etc were the worst donuts we ever had , the cheapest chocolate on top of cheapest flour Lucky to find any whip cream , the family guests couldn't believe the poor quality from this Italian bakery , all in all 30 guests were not going to spread the name miceli bakery name with happy comments, I can't blame them I used to work for a world wide bakery ingredients supplier , I have had better quality, my family will not go back to miceli bakery in the future , maybe the original owner had better quality goods, not cheap garbage ......

They are a gourmet cookie company and take-out restaurant. They carry a unique variety of cookies that will impress any cookie eater. I have never been disappointed with the choices available. The food is fantastic, trust me I'm a foodie and a very particular person with my food. Ok I'm a food snob. Came here for a snack…read more This bakery from the outside looks small but once you walk in is quite large. Although this store has bakery in its name, this store sells other British goods, not only pastry. The pastries are only a small section of the store while candy and goods take up 75% of the store roughly For a majority of the pastries, they are stored in refrigerated display cases. They have Scottish eggs, baked pies, birdies and more. The scones, some bread and turnovers are stored at room temperature. If you are looking for a snack, I would say go for a pack of scones or apple turnover. I had the cheese and onion birdie cold. It was on the heavier side but would be better if you warmed it up, unfortunately they do not have any microwave or ovens to warm up the baked goods. The parking a this location is diagonal plaza parking along the store front. Nothing to exceptional about this place but if you're looking for baked English goods, this is a good place to visit.

I won't be going back. Zero service. I walked in, wandered throughout the store - I was the ONLY customer there amongst 4 staff members, yet not one staff member acknowledged me. I hate that. I find that arrogant. And I didn't just breeze in and out. I literally walked from the stand-up freezers, to the little booth displaying the dry-aged primal cuts of beef, along the butcher's counter, to the deli counter...I paused to look at bags of Picard nuts, and even almost decided to buy a package of pepperoni sticks - right beside the cash register! No one made a move toward me. Even just a friendly hello and I would have bought.... Nothing. I left. I won't be back.
